Sigourney Weaver joins the cast as a New Republic officer, with Jeremy Allen White among the voice cast and a cameo from filmmaker Martin Scorsese.
Released in May 2026, it drew mixed reviews, praised for its action sequences, score, and Pascal's presence but faulted for a thin story, and grossed around $346 million worldwide, a soft result by Star Wars standards. It began streaming on Disney+ on September 2, 2026.
Clash of the Titans continues the tradition of nostalgic blockbusters. It tries in its own way to retell almost all the major mythical conflict of the ancient world. Sam Worthington as the notorious 3D, are only a backdrops to a deliberately constructed scenes. Most of the movie time spent on speeches in the best spirit of "Harry Potter", the rest is CGI scenes in the best traditions of the 90th. The only thing that "Clash of the Titans" is completely devoid of taste, everything in it is subject to a simplification. In general, it is the perfect movie for the big screen, the viewer of any age and almost any audience. True, it is doubtful that there will be people able to watch it twice.
