Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is a 2023 animated superhero film produced by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation, and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. Directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson, it is the sequel to the Academy Award-winning Into the Spider-Verse (2018).
Shameik Moore returns as Miles Morales, who is pulled across the multiverse and introduced to the Spider-Society — an interdimensional task force of Spider-People led by the severe Miguel O'Hara/Spider-Man 2099 (Oscar Isaac). When Miles learns the Society operates on a rigid doctrine about which tragedies must be allowed to happen, he finds himself at odds with hundreds of versions of himself. Hailee Steinfeld returns as Gwen Stacy, with Jason Schwartzman voicing the villainous Spot.
Released on June 2, 2023, the film grossed over $690 million worldwide and drew rapturous reviews, with critics calling its animation among the most ambitious ever committed to a mainstream feature. Well, as any guide to practical psychology, this film is interesting only to those who need to stop worrying and start living. Remaining one hundred thirty-three minutes of screen time will be given easy. Hooked on the book, the filmmakers did not bother to spice up your creation more apparent irony, rather than one that reduces to a truly remarkable scene of the first conversation with God, Liz, and questionable character jokes about overweight, gained in Rome. Flipped is a very heart touching movie about first love, which passes through the maturing young girl, Juli. With the feelings shown from both sides: Juli's and her boyfriend's; you are enjoying the same moments but in the very different ways. A long time ago you may read the book on which movie was based, and is now time to redefine the memories. So different people have different feelings, growing up in different families and in general there is little in common. When you look at the situation on the one hand you see the motives of the hero, you hear his thoughts and everything becomes logical. But now, looking from the other side and it looks not so flawless. Flipped movie seemed to encourage people to put themselves in the place of another person. The film dealt with hard issues: children's feelings and family problems (both in poverty and in wealth). Sometimes you notice statements which, although simple, but nevertheless very valuable. Wonderful actors cast, very precise and well delivered all shades of feelings, emotions and transitions. The atmosphere of past years is greatly shown and fits the movie best.
