Sucker Punch movie makes five girls the somewhat reluctant heroines of an epic action fantasy drawn from the main character's imagination. Baby-Doll has been wrongly confined in a mental institution, but she uses her powers of mind to escape her grim circumstances. When her dreams and fantasies no longer console her, Baby-Doll persuades four other girls to join in her attempt to escape captivity. Emily Browning stars as Baby-Doll; Jena Malone, Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Chung, and Abbie Cornish complete the well-chosen ensemble cast. The five of them leave no doubt about the meaning of "girl power.""Director Zack Snyder describes Sucker Punch as "Alice in Wonderland with machine guns." In the course of their adventures, the girls engage everything from samurais to serpents in fantastic warfare, drawing from a robust virtual arsenal. In this near the state of war situation, two cops (or how they are called in future, Judges) one veteran Judge Dredd (Karl Urban) and one newbie Judge Anderson (Olivia Thirlby) tries to stop Ma-Ma before her dream to gain the control over the city population will come true. In post-apocalyptic future, where traditional principles of judgment are forceless, Judges are endowed with the power to capture, arrest, judge and execute any criminal they encounter. Sometimes all these actions take no more than a second between arrest and execution.

Considered to be a "loose cannon" in his field, agent Snow is convicted of conspiracy to commit the crime of espionage even though he did not do the crime, and is offered the opportunity to be freed. This is a man who knows about breaking the rules and now the President's daughter is imprisoned in space, he is the best chance to find her and free her. Seems the prison, which is located deep in space, has been taken over by prisoners and there is a Lock-Out in progress.iolent inmates seem to have the upper edge but Snow is determined to free the young woman and gain his freedom at the same time. Snow is portrayed by Guy Pearce from Rules of Engagement and The Hurt Locker is one mean "good guy" who knows all about breaking the rules. He goes after Emillie Warnock (Maggie Grace from Malice in Wonderland and TV series Lost) who is the captured daughter of the U.S. President. What happens next is violence and mayhem at its best and film maker Luc Besson seems to have successfully graduated from "epic" films to action packed adventure.
