Morgan Freeman also stars in the movie as Speaker Trumbull, a man behind the curtain, who took the power when the President was kidnapped.

While this film retains the "Bourne" name it is not to be considered a prequel or even a reboot of the original Bourne movies. Neither Matt Damon or his character Jason Bourne will be part of it this time around and the only connection is Bourne in the title to give it continuity for the franchise. Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance finds Johnny Blaze hiding away in eastern Europe and his peaceful existence becomes disrupted because the Devil never rests. This entertaining film stars Nicholas Cage (National Treasure, Leaving Las Vegas) as Johnny Blaze, Johnny Whitworth (3:10 To Yuma, Gamer) is Blackout/Roarke Carrigan, and the Devil is portrayed by Ciarán Hinds from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.
