We Bought a Zoo

Description

When single dad Benjamin Mee decides to purchase a zoo and then move his whole family there to live he thinks he's fulfilling a lifelong dream. The scene is Dartmoor's Zoological Park, complete with some 200 animals that are not only exotic but about to be destroyed because of the expense involved in caring for them. The dilapidated park lies in the English countryside and this seems the ideal place for the Mee family to join forces and make a difference in the world around them. Directed by Cameron Crowe (Jerry MaGuire, Almost Famous) and starring Matt Damon (Good Will Hunting, Saving Private Ryan) as the father Benjamin Mee, Colin Ford (Supernatural, Smallville) is son Dylan Mee, Maggie Elizabeth Jones plays young Rosie Mee, and Thomas Haden Church (Sideways, Spider-Man 3) is the elder Mee, Duncan.e Bought a Zoo looks to be an outstanding family film! Based on a true story, the animals along with the dilapidated Dartmoor Zoological Park will be the true star of the movie.lso starring are Scarlett Johansson (The Black Dahlia, The Nanny Diaries) is Kelly Foster and Elle Fanning (younger sister to Dakota Fanning and seen in Super 8, The Nutcracker in 3D).

Before the Jackass 3D film begins, there is a brief introduction involving Beavis and Butt-head, where there is a reference to the 3D technology used in the film. The opening sequence shows all of the cast while they are hit by various objects in slow motion. As most of the stunts in the film were filmed with a camcorder Panthom on a very high speed (1000 frames per second) there is lots of the must-see moments. Jackass 3D, like its predecessors (Jackass: The Movie, Jackass Number Two, Jackass 2.5), has no real plot. It's just a continuation, the most dangerous stunt performed by the characters and jokes are taken from the MTV's Jackass TV series. Among the numbers in the dangerous stunts there is a tether ball, played with a hive full of bees African, a tooth being extracted with a Lamborghini, the use of a special glue to rip off the hairs from the chest and much more. The final stunt showcases Steve-O launched inside a portable toilet using the banjo jumping ropes. The final sequence was made with a technique quite similar to the starting one, but in this case the viewer relates a series of explosions in slow motion and at the end of it, a flood is simulated with the cast that is completely submerged. Just as in the last two films, Rip Taylor makes announcing the end of the film before you see the credits. During the end credits there are some MTV series' scenes TV show are shown accompanying with the old photographs of the cast. Everything ends up with cast members singing Memories, an official single from the Jackass 3D movie.
