My American Uncle is a 1980 French film directed by Alain Resnais. The film follows the lives of three people who are brought together by their shared experiences of love and loss. Previously known as Tyler Perry Presents Peeples, this movie represents best practice of the genre. The product of Tyler Perry's genius combined with fresh look of debuting director Tina Gordon Chism worth two hours of your attention for sure. It's not exactly Medea's-like comedy with Tyler Perry dressed as big and monstrous Afro-American woman, Peeples (2013) is more like Our Family Wedding filmed a year ago in 2012. It's funny, spontaneous, lively yet ironic. The action of Peeples revolves around the events at the reunion. A wealthy big family gathers in small town to enjoy each other company. The situation is heating up when Wade Walker, a young infamous "looser", decides to ask a hand of Peeples' lovely daughter Grace' at the pivotal point this rejoicing . This out of the blue surprise causes the effect of chain reaction, which ignites an extraordinary comic turmoil in Hamptons. Nevertheless, Wade Walker has to learn that there are different kinds of Peeples and even the "worst" of them could not be a serious obstacle for true love. Although, Peeples is a directorial debut of Tina Gordon Chism, who was previously known mostly as writer (ATL, Drumline), she managed to gather some brilliant cast: Kerry Washington (Olivia Pope from Scandal, Broomhilda von Schaft from Django Unchained) plays as Grace Peeples, while Craig Robinson (Hot Tub Time Machine, Eastbound & Down) plays as Wade Walker.

Ocean's 8 is a 2018 American heist comedy film directed by Gary Ross. The movie is a spin-off of the Ocean's Eleven film series and stars an ensemble cast of female leads, including Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Rihanna, and Awkwafina. The film follows a group of women as they plan and execute a heist at the annual Met Gala in New York City.

When three seniors from high school decide to throw a birthday party they plan on doing it up big! A super party that will help them make a name for themselves and as the night's activities progress things definitely take a turn for the worse when word gets out that a great party is the place to be! Project X has received an R rating because of lots of scenes involving teen age drinking, drugs, nudity, foul language, mayhem and just plain old reckless behavior. een age parties are one thing but when they get out of hand as this one does, it becomes a disaster for the house where they party and the hosts who cannot control the out of bounds mayhem. When police arrive the fighting really begins and the must call in the riot police!tarring as Thomas is Thomas Mann (The Middle, iCarly), Jonathan Daniel Brown (Blind on Blind, Pretend Time) is J.B., and Nichole Bloom (Carpool, Everyday) plays the part of Nicole. All cute young teens that deserve better than this crude movie!

Ms Elizabeth Halsey (Cameron Diaz) is foul mouthed, greedy, and recently lost her "sugar daddy" so she sets her sights on a colleague at the elementary school where they work. The R rating is well earned for this one as the Bad Teacher in question shows how Bad she can be as she smokes pot, swears a blue streak, and guzzles booze quite effortlessly. Cameron Diaz has plenty of film creds on her resume including There's Something About Mary and My Best Friend's Wedding so she doesn't need this kind of role yet somehow it fits her like a glove and she wears it well. Justin Timberlake (portraying Scott Delacorte) is the fellow teacher she sets her sights on and he is no slouch in the talent department either with six Grammy Awards and a pair of Emmy's on his shelf. There is something about this film that makes it well worth watching and it involves humor and putting those who deserve it in their place. Jake Kasdan directs this summer release which involves jealousy, breast implants, junior high high-jinks, and a rather beautiful teacher who suffers from constant hang-overs.

It's the 80's in Los Angeles and life seems good. Plenty of cocaine and cash keep the younger set in a party mood and Take Me Home Tonight is what everybody seems to want. Matt Franklin (Topher Grace), a grad from MIT, decides his high paying job is not enough to satisfy and instead takes a job working in a video store as a clerk. Now his parents think he has "flipped out" for sure. He wants his dream girl, Teresa (Tori Frederking) to notice him and things take on a decidedly explosive twist in one night of excessive festivity at a Labor Day party weekend. Matt's best friend, Barry, has been fired and Wendy, his sister, has plans to marry a boring boyfriend named Kyle but all this only makes his own personal crisis seem larger since his beloved Teresa is back in his sights. It all comes to a head when too many excesses prove to have explosive results. Depicting heavy drug use, though common in the 80's, nearly kept Take Me Home Tonight from completion with moral standards of today but Brian Grazer and Ron Howard (Imagine Entertainment) saved the day and many of the cut scenes.
