Using all his special ops skills he finds it necessary to kill three of the assassins sent for him by their leader, Spike, and must find and take out the one who holds his friend Hunter who is capably played by Robert DeNiro (Raging Bull, Taxi Driver). pike, who is the cunning leader is played by Clive Owen from Elizabeth: The Golden Age and Inside Man. Other cast members in this action packed film include Yvonne Strahovski (I Love You Too, The Canyon) as Anne and Dominic Purcell who plays Davies (Straw Dogs, TV series Prison Break). Well written and acted, Killer Elite is an action packed ride that was filmed in Australia.
