Life of Pi, directed by Ang Lee and based on the Booker award-winning novel of Yann Martel, which was rewritten by David Magee for the movie, telling as a story about Indian boy survived shipwreck alongside with hyena, orangutan, a wounded zebra and a beautiful White Bengal tiger. Yann Martel have explored and studied lots of facts about an ocean life to give credence to story. That's why, despite the unbelievable storyline, the situations and solutions described in the movie could really take place in real life. The boy named Pi was raised in Indian family owning a zoo. At one day they decided to migrate in Canada with all of their animals and boarded the Japanese freighter. Soon after the leaving India, a shipwreck has killed all the people and animals except for little boy and four animals including furious tiger. All of them take a shelter on one small lifeboat. The boy has managed to survive in this uneasy situation for 227 days. A strong will to overcome the deadly perils, a faith in life and inexhaustible optimism leaded him to long journey adrift by the Pacific Ocean. The journey fortunately ends when their boat reaches the Mexico coast. The tiger (named Richard Parker, by the way) escapes to the nearest jungle, leaving the boy alone. Years after, Japanese Maritime officers interviews Pi in order to investigate the circumstances and consequences of shipwreck. Pi tells him as story about his peregrination, but no one believes him. Pi, feeling the lack of confidence, tells them another version of his wandering, without animals, instead of which a sailor, a cook and his mother act. In this butcherly version a cook kills a sailor and Pi's mother to use them as bait and food. After he tells the second story, Pi asks Japanese officers which of two versions they like most. When he gets the answer, confirming that story with animals is better, Pi says "…and so it goes with God".

"Superman IV: The Quest for Peace" is a 1987 superhero film directed by Sidney J. Furie and starring Christopher Reeve as Superman. Centurion movie plot is set in 117 AD and tells a story of the only person who survived the Picts raid on the Roman fortress. The main character, Quintus Diaz with the legendary Ninth Legion, he goes north to wipe out the Picts and kill their leader Gorlacon. When the legion of stepping on the hostile territory and General Virilus is captured, Quintus has to save his small troop to escape persecution at the Pictish tribe on the unfriendly land and safely reach the Roman frontier. "Centurion" tells all the same story as most movies of that kind, but the author proves the theory is no longer on the characters, but once the viewer. Throughout the half hour you are watching something like a gladiatorial carnage, where there is no division into "good" and "bad". Suddenly you find yourself in the empathy with crazy antagonist blood lusting female but not the "friendly" Romans. It is about banal bloodlust, concealed in the heart of almost every human individual.

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. is a 2015 action-comedy film directed by Guy Ritchie. It is based on the 1960s television series of the same name and stars Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer as two secret agents from opposing sides who must work together to stop a criminal organization from using nuclear weapons. Set in the 1960s Cold War era, the film combines espionage with humor and style, making for an entertaining and stylish spy thriller.

A Good Day to Die Hard is the fifth installation of Die Hard franchise with Bruce Willis in leading role. The movie revolves around McClane's son who finds himself in troubles in Russia and his father who immediately hits the road to rescue the son from these troubles. But, as it happens, these troubles are just a top of the iceberg, the main troubles are ahead. When McClane steps on the Russia ground he realizes that it was the twisted plot implemented by Russian terrorists to get him caught upon the arrival. However, the situation is not so simple. Russian special forces are standing behind this turmoil have their own plans and McClane's capturing is just a part of these plans. This part, however turns to be unexpectedly hard one… which mean that explosions, endless alternating of action scenes, shotgun fire, detonating buildings and agonizing bad guys (all that stuff that we like so much in Die Hard franchise) are just a question of time. May be the plot is too classic and happy end is too predictable as well, but this is some kind of proven formula that works too good to be replaced with something else. Another "sweet" thing in the movie is Russian antagonist: Irina, a role performed by Juliya Snigir. And, if you wonder why this thing "sweet", you seem to be clueless who Juliya Snigir is – if so, just google her in Google Images with "Safe mode Off" – to learn what it does it mean.
