"Lucky You" is a 2007 romantic drama film directed by Curtis Hanson. The movie revolves around the world of professional poker and follows the story of Huck Cheever, a talented but self-destructive poker player. Huck is determined to win the World Series of Poker, but his personal demons, including his strained relationship with his father, threaten to derail his dreams.

Nobbs however just happens to be a woman who sees the opportunity to make a living even though it is discouraged in Ireland in the 19th century. This works fine until she falls for a handsome man and wants to escape from the lies she has lived with. Glenn Close first fell in love with the Albert Nobbs character and played the part back in 1982 in an off Broadway play. She purchased the rights and began working to make this highly entertaining film. ross dressing is something that has always been controversial and remains in use today even by mothers in Afghanistan who dress their young daughters up to appear like boys so they won't be harassed in public. An incredibly perfect adaptation of a cultish in 50' Jack Kerouac's novel which became a huge landmark in its time, On The Road immerses us into the atmosphere of that paranoidal decade where any discrepancies of "normal" behavior was a suspect. There were the times of Second Red Scare incepted by McCarthyism which led the nations of USA and USSR to Cold War. In these ambiguous times a just-married couple, a young ex-prisoner Dean Moriarty (Neal Cassady) and his beautiful wife Marylou (Kristen Stewart) travel across the America in pursuit of new sensations. In their voyage they meet young writer Sal Paradise (Sam Riley) , who recently buried his father and who decides to break with the past and heads into the new future where he hopes to find the inspiration for book he writes. This autobiographical storyline which is prominently implemented in the book runs through the movie too. The fact is that Jack Kerouac was really in the crisis when he started the book, and he actually was traveling across the USA with his friends to find an inspiration for the book he later named On The Road, which became a basis for Walter Salles movie of the same name in 2012.

Drive My Car is a drama film released in 2021, directed by Ryūsuke Hamaguchi. The movie is based on a short story by Haruki Murakami and follows the story of a stage actor, Yusuke Kafuku, who hires a chauffeur, Misaki Watari, to drive him around Hiroshima for his upcoming play.

The mysterious key was left behind when his father perished on that fateful day. hile it seems somewhat far fetched that this small boy is out wandering the mean streets of New York City all by himself, at all hours of day or night, but we learn his mother is apparently off in a world all her own since the tragedy that befell their family. Oskar befriends older women that are closer to his mother's age and flatters them while trying to kiss them! A Streetcar Named Desire is a 1951 film adaptation of Tennessee Williams' play of the same name. Directed by Elia Kazan, the film stars Marlon Brando, Vivien Leigh, and Kim Hunter, who all reprised their roles from the Broadway production. The film tells the story of Blanche DuBois, a former schoolteacher who moves to New Orleans to live with her sister and brother-in-law. Blanche's fragile mental state and troubled past clash with the harsh realities of her sister's working-class life, ultimately leading to tragedy.
