It's a third appearance of Chris Hemsworth as mighty Thor after Kenneth Branagh's Thor filmed in 2011 and Joss Whedon's The Avengers filmed in 2012. The story of Alan Taylor's Thor: The Dark World is a direct sequel of the first movie and it takes place just year after the events of The Avengers. Now Thor stands against the ancient evil embodied in Malekith and his henchmen. This concentrated evil existed even before the history of our Galaxy has began. And there are no forces neither in Asgard nor on Earth to withstand them. Once again the destiny of the whole world is in Thor's hands. Once again he has to come back to Earth and fight with Malekith. When he meets his passion, Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), his quest becomes more complicated – to rescue his love interest and save both Earth and Asgard. John Smith finds he has certain powers and that he is not the only teenage alien around the planet Earth. There were a total of eight and they were destined to die in order and one at a time. Now it is Smith's turn. I am number four is about deadly encounters and youthful desires as John Smith finds romance in Paradise, Ohio. But he cannot be "normal" because he is constantly being chased and is next in line to be eliminated. With companion and guardian Henri's help John finds his ability is growing and just maybe he can fight off the powerful forces that are after him.

Written by John Landis and his son, Max, Chronicle takes the audience on a rollercoaster ride of adventure as we watch three teenaged boys who learn they are developing superpowers after exposure to some mysterious substances while walking through the woods nearby their homes. Typical of many teenagers these boys find they have a rather dark side to their personalities when their strange and powerful new capabilities become increasingly strong. They each must decide how best to handle their powers and while impressive, they can also be dangerous to themselves and others. ohn Landis is well known as director of such fun and entertaining movies as Animal House and American Werewolf in London and now teams up with his son, Max to come up with this delightful film. Shot in a pretend documentary style, and using hand held cameras (think Blair Witch Project), Chronicle is entertaining and enlightening.tars Michael B. Kong: Skull Island is a 2017 American monster film directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts. The movie is a reboot of the King Kong franchise and stars an ensemble cast, including Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, Brie Larson, John C. Reilly, and John Goodman. The film follows a team of scientists and soldiers as they explore a mysterious island in the Pacific, where they encounter the legendary giant ape, Kong.

Seventh Son is a 2014 epic fantasy film directed by Sergei Bodrov, based on the novel The Spook's Apprentice by Joseph Delaney. The story follows Thomas Ward (Ben Barnes), a seventh son of a seventh son as he apprentices to the Spook (Jeff Bridges), also a seventh son of a seventh son. Thomas Ward is trained by the Spook to protect the land from all manner of supernatural threats, but his training is dangerous, and time and again tests his abilities and his courage. Eventually, he will have to go up against Mother Malkin, the most dangerous witch in the land, in order to protect his county's inhabitants from her threat. The film's release was delayed a number of times, but finally hit theaters on February 6th, 2015. Critics gave the film mixed reviews, but praised the performance of the cast.
