The premise of this program was to have a panel of guest "experts" help couples with marriage difficulties settle their disagreements without resorting to such disastrous results as a divorce. Often shown in a comedic light, these couples generally argue over issues they take very seriously but the audience may find them laughable. A celebrity panel views a video put together showing what the couple disagree on and decide who should "win" the battle. Additionally there will be a celebrity fact checker who provides solutions through expert consultation which may even include search engine results. The real life couples, which are chosen by producer Jerry Seinfeld, must agree to abide by the panel's decision. The program is not designed to be a sit-com but it does have many humorous moments as a result of the silliness of some couples disagreements. At the end of the show couples usually win a cruise which makes it all worth while. Last heard the show was renewed for a second season even though critics hated it. Let's vote them out and let the guest "experts" decide.

What happens if you hybridize The Amazing Race and Top Chef? There are two possible answers: "nothing good" and "Around The World in 80 Plates". And you know, both of them are true. But, please, don't get us wrong. It's not just another Bravo's disastrous TV show; it's just a cooking reality show, which is not about the cooking. How is it possible? With ease, here we have to lift the curtain off the series' plot. First of all, you have to imagine three clueless chefs walking down the streets of London, doing the classic "pub crawl" and pretending the "drunk Americans". It's pathetic scene, you know. But who are those unfortunate souls? Meet Keven Lee, or how he calls himself Cheven (mix of Chef and Kevin). He represents one of the endangered species of Hollywood private chefs. The next one is Chazz, his real name Chaz Brown from Voorhees, New Jersey, who is repeatedly semi-shocking us with his British accent, that's why it would be better if he kept silence all the show long. Our list would not be completed if we haven't mentioned the Tex-Mex half-naked chief Sai Pituk from Texas, who surprisingly said the she cooks Asian cuisine only. There are another nine contestants participating, that makes total twelve. The television show is divided into two parts. In the first part all of the participants are performing something like scavenger hunt in the uncommon environment of foreign culinary culture (you have to ideate the picture of dozen Americans wander the rows of Borough market; it's must be funny, isn't it?). In the second part of each episode the contestants have to cook (finally!) the local dishes which their tasted in the first part, and as a bisque, the winning team (those who won the "scavenger hunt") gets one secret ingredient, which will be in great help in the "cooking" part. That is most amusing part of the "Around The World in 80 Plates" because judges are the locals, and you should see their faces when they taste black pudding hash cooked by Americans.

The idea of the club and, accordingly, TV show was inspired by the business model of dating club for millionaires. Each episode of The Millionaire Matchmaker TV series tells the dating story of indecently rich and very busy people, both in the walls of "Millionaire's Club" and outside it. The show has also become very popular because of celebrities participating in some other shows such as "Sex Toy's" Dave, "A Shot at Love II with Tila Tequila's" Brittany, "America's Next Top Model's" Joslyn Pennywell and "Paris Hilton's My New BFF's" Baje . The show itself and the lives of its creators underwent significant changes from season to season. For example Patti Stanger decided to move "Millionaire's Club" in New York City, and Chelsea Autumn VP Matching Manager of The Millionaire Matchmaker TV show has founded her own dating agency "Queen Of Heart".

The term foodie has become popular because there are so darn many cooking programs on television now days! A foodie is basically an amateur gourmet. A foodie is someone who loves food, both eating it and making it. Shows like Top Chef are designed to show how difficult it can be to get that special dish served up, starting with the basics like proper measuring, cooking temperature, timing, and the ability to know what tastes good. Then things get competitive! The idea behind Top Chef is to narrow down the competition by process of elimination until there is one winner. Top prize has been upped from $100,000 to $200,000 plus celebrity appearances and coveted editorials in gourmet type magazines. Along the way some fail because they don't belong in the heat of a professional kitchen and some just can't quite keep up with the rest. Judges have included some big famous names of the culinary world like Emeril Lagasse and Anthony Bourdain who bring their own style of leadership into the mix and make demands that increase the challenges each week. The very competitive world of cooking at the professional level is rewarding and tests the contestants to the limits of their capabilities, and the loser packs up his or her knives and goes home.

Watch MTV and the iTunes for episodes of the new hit show Geordie Shore and you will see similarities to the popular Jersey Shore. For one thing the show has its own group of "party hard" individuals who live together in an upscale house, share bedrooms, and each as their own reasons to be there. The Geordie Shore show is a British based program coming from the UK and having decidedly British points of view. The filming of Geordie Shore has been stated to be bordering pornographic due to bare breasts, six packs, fights, and simulated fellatio. Each of these vain individuals have their own reasons to submit to "reality" television. Holly states she is the most realistic "fake" person there is and her size double F chest (paid for by her mom) is a testament to that. Then there is Jay who loves himself too much to get involved with a female on the Geordie Shore show. His idea of a relationship is about him and his workouts at the gym. James, who is only 20, must check himself out each time he passes a mirror. Sophie likes to flash her "boobs" while dancing on table tops. Quite an interesting group!

Love Island Australia is a reality TV show that premiered in May 2018 on the Nine Network. It is an adaptation of the British series Love Island, which involves a group of single people living in a villa in Spain and looking for love. In the Australian version, the villa is located in Mallorca, Spain, and the contestants are primarily Australians.
