"We're Here" is an American television show that premiered in 2020. The show is a reality series that features drag queens who travel to small towns across the United States to help locals put on a one-night-only drag show. With coaches rather than judges the theme is directed toward mentoring and giving advice from well known and highly respected people in the music world. Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Blake Shelton, and Adam Levine will "coach" their contestants through the various processes involved. There will first be a blind audition in which only the contestant's voice is revealed to their coach/judge, next a "battle" phase in which the contestants (performing as teams) compete against one another as they sing the same song, and then they will be asked to perform their song on live television. It is in this final phase that the TV audience will participate and give their opinion as to which act is best. Competition is heald in eight US cities including, Nashville, New York, Miami, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Austin, and Minneapolis in addition to online auditions for a wide and varied selection of talented singers. When the teams are down to one member for each of the coaches they will compete in the finale and $100,000 prize. The Voice is an intriguing new concept in reality programming.

The bigger the company, the more the premise works, because most rank-and-file workers could not distinguish between photos of their CEOs and headshots of Carl Rove. CEOs typically spend an entire week going from one entry-level position to another. They go in equipped with plausible back-stories and perfectly plausible explanations for the presence of a film crew; the best of them act just as surprised to see the cameras as all of their co-workers. If the work-a-day grind fails to serve-up "organic" drama, the producers stage challenging situations to develop both the action and the bond between boss and worker. At the end of the undercover week, employees learn "the new guy's" true identity, and the boss rewards employees who have done well or refers struggling workers for more training.

The second in row franchise of Housewives, The Real Housewives of New York City is a spin-off of The Real Housewives of Orange County stared in 2008. In the nutshell of this reality TV series lays on simple idea: to show real live of rich women in some way everybody wants to see it. They are rich; some of them own their business, as Ramona Singer who runs clothes wholesale company RMS Fashions and skin care brand TruRenewal. Unlike the others wives both current and former, she and Heather Thomson are the only real businesswomen in series. The rest of them are musicians (as LuAnn de Lesseps), writers (Sonja Morgan), journalists (Carole Radziwill) and just rich woman (Aviva Drescher). You can hardly find the differences between "New York City" housewives and other spin-offs like "New Jersey", "Beverly Hills" and "Orange County". However, if you like this kind of reality television you will definitely find The Real Housewives of New York City notably entertaining.
