It must be painfully difficult to be the first eliminated on shows like Bachelor Pad! Just like other shows with similar formats, Russian Dolls are not afraid to showcase their intimate lives and all the sordid details viewers could ever ask for. Not exactly the prostitution game as the name implies, but plenty of steamy sex and exhibitionism.
