A comedy caper about bank robbery makes for good and entertaining summer fair at the movies. Thirty Minutes or Less is produced by Ben Stiller and stars Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network) as a pizza delivery guy named Nick. Seems Nick is kidnapped while out delivering pizzas, and with a bomb strapped to his chest, forced to rob a bank in a short amount of time. The bumbling duo of bank robbers to be are played by Danny McBride (Due Date, Up In The Air) as Dwayne and Nick Swardson (Bedtime Stories, You Don't Mess With the Zohan) as Travis. Dwayne puts a contract out on his own father, known as The Major (played by Fred Ward) for his insurance policy. And to pay for the murder for hire, he must come up with a big amount of cash quickly, thus the bank robbery. elivering pizzas (and robbing banks) can be dangerous work and this story idea is loosely based on an actual Erie, PA bank robbery back in 2003. 30 minutes or less was filmed in Grand Rapids, Michigan and the site of the bank robbery was a vacant bank in Ludington, Michigan.

Zoe Saldana just may be the most likely girl to turn into an assassin or murderer for hire around today. She has starred in some action packed movies recently (Star Trek 2, The Losers, Avatar) and seems more than capable of handling herself in situations many women could not even attempt. But she also had to be saddened by the murder of her parents and make her character sympathetic so the audience can feel her pain and back her decisions.e tend to love a "get even" movie and this one begins with Zoe Saldana's character witnessing the vicious murders of both her parents in Bogota, Columbia. Years later as an adult she still remembers and plans to seek revenge for her parents death so while she has a day job working for her uncle she is also in training to become a vigilante murderer. Tracking the murderers down, she gets closer and closer until the surprise ending. Directed by Olivier Megaton (Transporter 3) and written by Luc Besson (Arthur 3: The War of the Two Worlds).

Red Cliff is full of good-quality large-scale, beautiful plans. It showcases not great battle scenes only, but the nature, which is the most important ally inferior in combat power of the defending forces. Nature delights: mountains, valleys, water, sky, fog and wind. They are patronizing, calm, fickle and beautiful.

Thor movie is a 2011-released Marvel Cinematic Universe film adaptation of comics the same name. Thor movie tells the story of the Norse-tale god of thunder Thor (Chris Hemsworth), who was thrown to the ground for a reckless attempt to revive the ancient war between Good and Evil. Only here on earth, Thor has to restrain his pride and become a real hero able to prevent the upcoming invasion of the dark forces. As it was said by Ashley Miller, co-writer of Thor movie: "Thor's powers are godly, yes ... But at the end of the day, he's a man ...». In the Thor movie we'll see also the other characters of ancient Norse epic, Loki (Tom Hiddleston) sly and cunning adoptive brother of Thor and Odin (Anthony Hopkins) his father, the wise, but furious in his anger, ruler of Asgard. Filmed in 3D Thor movie filled with fantastic adventures must be in interest both to fans of Scandinavian epic tales, and the fans of excellent action with great 3D special effects. Also, not be missed to say, that the script of the film was subjected to numerous refinements in the process of shooting and scandalous change of filming director Matthew Vaughn at the 2008 with Kenneth Branagh may have been advantageous for the Thor movie.

Nicholas Cage proves his special gift for keeping the paychecks coming, teaming up with the director of My Bloody Valentine for Drive Angry 3D, due in theaters early in February, 2011. The promotional materials seem a little ambivalent or ambiguous about the film's supernatural element: Cage supposedly has escaped from Hell to avenge his daughter's murder and rescue his infant grand-daughter from sacrifice at the hands of a devil-worshipping cult. Of course, "The Accountant," one of Satan's executive demons, pursues Cage as he drives angrily across a hostile landscape in hot pursuit of bad guys and redemption. Many of the synopses omit the demonic content, perhaps because it has very little impact on the characters, situations, or plot. Three classic American muscle cars actually star in Drive Angry 3D, exuding at least as much sex appeal as Charlotte Ross, who delivers a soon-to-be-legendary sex-and-violence vignette between Cage's angry driving sequences. What's not to love about a 1964 Buick Riviera, a 1969 Dodge Charger, and a 1971 Chevy Malibu all muscled-up and chromed for the occasion? Regardless of critics' and audiences' reaction to Drive Angry 3D, film historians may use the film as compelling evidence in support of their argument 3D definitely makes a film's imagery more vivid but does not automatically improve its content or redeem it as a work of art.

Superheroes are popular and abundant in comic books. Now we find many of them making it onto the big screens, followed up by DVD release for home entertainment. Just as Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, and Thor have made a big splash in the live action arena, The Avengers looks to be a big hit and huge money maker for its distributor Walt Disney Pictures. "Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson from Pulp Fiction, Iron Man) is director of S.H.I.E.L.D., an agency for international peacekeeping. When an unexpected enemy threatens global security and safety Fury decides to call on a team of superheroes to save the world. Among his choices are Iron Man Tony Stark (played by Robert Downey, Jr. from Iron Man, Tropic Thunder), the reclusive billionaire industrialist who invents a mechanical suit of armor. Also summoned are Captain America Steve Rogers (played by Chris Evans from Captain America: The First Avenger) who's experiments with serums led to his super human physicality, and Dr. Bruce Banner who is the Hulk. Played by Mark Ruffalo from Shutter Island, The Kids Are All Right) the Hulk is somewhat of a "loose cannon" making the other team members leery of his participation. Rounding out the dream team of Avengers is Thor (played by Chris Hemsworth from 2009's Star Trek and A Perfect Getaway) Norse's God of Thunder.
