A genuinely suspenseful thriller featuring accomplished actresses in uncharacteristic roles, Hanna combines the considerable talents of Saoirse Roana, notable for her compelling performance in The Lovely Bones, and Academy Award winner Cate Blanchett. Hanna updates and intensifies those themes in a well-paced, white-knuckle post-modern, girl-power package.

Superheroes like Spider-Man just don't grow on trees you know! They arrive straight out of the comic books and have some mystical power or other that make them the hero they are. Spider-Man got his start when he was bitten by a "radioactive" spider while still in high school, and this film centers on those impressionable years as he develops his super powers. A Good Day to Die Hard is the fifth installation of Die Hard franchise with Bruce Willis in leading role. The movie revolves around McClane's son who finds himself in troubles in Russia and his father who immediately hits the road to rescue the son from these troubles. But, as it happens, these troubles are just a top of the iceberg, the main troubles are ahead. When McClane steps on the Russia ground he realizes that it was the twisted plot implemented by Russian terrorists to get him caught upon the arrival. However, the situation is not so simple. Russian special forces are standing behind this turmoil have their own plans and McClane's capturing is just a part of these plans. This part, however turns to be unexpectedly hard one… which mean that explosions, endless alternating of action scenes, shotgun fire, detonating buildings and agonizing bad guys (all that stuff that we like so much in Die Hard franchise) are just a question of time. May be the plot is too classic and happy end is too predictable as well, but this is some kind of proven formula that works too good to be replaced with something else. Another "sweet" thing in the movie is Russian antagonist: Irina, a role performed by Juliya Snigir. And, if you wonder why this thing "sweet", you seem to be clueless who Juliya Snigir is – if so, just google her in Google Images with "Safe mode Off" – to learn what it does it mean.

While some have been more successful than others, each can claim its own piece of the entertainment market.OX networks 21 Jump Street was a novel concept that involved teenage looking "cops" who could penetrate the high schools and search out drug dealers and others who attempt to corrupt teenagers back in the 80's and still do even today! Original stars from the 80's version of Jump Street included Johnny Depp, Richard Grieco, Peter DeLouise, and Holly Robinson Peete who each have since had successful careers. The new version stars Jonah Hill (Moneyball, Get Him to the Greek) as Schmidt and Channing Tatum (Haywire, The Dilemma) as Jenko. Both young men look younger than their years and with less than perfect reputations find they have the opportunity to make up for their past by becoming police officers and fighting perps that would lead teens into drugs and corruption. In other words just like the 80's version but with different players.

At the first glance Hit and Run (2012) looks like Knockin' on Heaven's Door (1997) combined with Drive (2011), which is causing some negative expectations, taking into consideration the fact of how many times Knockin' on Heaven's Door was cloned, mostly in disastrous manner. But, it only at the first look, the second one will be stopped in state of total quandary by ill-fitting Bradley Cooper dreads. Bradley is hardly recognizable in Hit and Run, but it's still him playing the partner of former motorcyclist Charlie Bronson with a kind of "shady" past. The movie plot is based on quite untwisted screenplay written by Dax Shepard (who has directed film, too, and played the main protagonist), the story about mad driver who risked everything busting Witness Protection Program, for the sake of one single aim: to bring his beautiful fiancée to Los Angeles where she gets her dream job. If you are about to say something like: "what a stupid idea: to risk your life for girlfriend job?" you better just stop, take a deep breath and rethink it, maybe you'll do the same if gorgeous Kristen Bell was your girlfriend. Changed your mind, duh? Oh, yes, the Kristen and Bradley duo will definitely make you wishing to watch this movie. But let's go back to the plot: while driving to LA, the couple will encounter lots of awkward adventurous including: ex-gang mobs chasing Charlie, his partner seeking buried treasures from criminal past, and, of course cops sitting on their tails.

Starting defiantly with an amateur stamp from the scene of creative clutter in the apartment of the protagonist, "Repo Men", however, are firmly stitched comic fighter, and quite wild, to become a cult movie. Miguel Sapochnik, plays the fool with all his might, but lively intelligence is difficult to conceal. Very soon, pulsating on the screen cyberpunk shows us a director, who with the same warmth loves "RoboCop," Tarkovsky and Pak Chan Wook. Climactic confrontation between good and evil is almost literally copied from the famous scene with the hammer of the "Oldboy"; with the only difference Sapochnik has money for various other small tools, but apparently lacks the skill neither to film it with one big plan nor to cut massacre of hundreds of different plans. It's disappointing, but not disastrous: in the end, the "Repo Men" has lots of other goods.
