Lets face it, no one finds much humor in the subject of cancer. But it is all too common. Most of us know someone affected by it and adding a bit of humor to the stress and strain will help lighten up an otherwise somber situation. Seth Rogan is Kyle, the best friend of Adam (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) who has been diagnosed with the big C. Kyle is one of those guys who keeps everybody laughing with his broad sense of humor and that's just what Adam needs about now. Anjelica Huston plays Adam's mother. She is one of those moms that dote on their adult children, especially those with a fatal illness. She tries to help but ends up seeming overbearing. Katie is Adam's doctor (played by Anna Kendrick) and is a doc everyone would love to have, especially when they are dying. The entire cast works well together in this comedy drama that sees a victim appreciating what time he has and his friends who truly care about him. Nothing maudlin here, just a good movie that's well written and acted.

"Maid in Manhattan" is a romantic comedy film released in 2002, directed by Wayne Wang and starring Jennifer Lopez and Ralph Fiennes. The story follows Marisa Ventura, a single mother who works as a maid at a high-end hotel in Manhattan. Gremlins is a 1984 American comedy horror film directed by Joe Dante. All you need to know about Ashley Tisdale is that she previously starred mostly in TV series: Phineas and Ferb, Hellcats, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Kim Possible and Still Standing. As for Simon Rex his filmography sounds more "impressing" besides Scary Movie 4 and 3 he played Rise, Hotel California Pledge This! and King of the Avenue. So, what about the plot, you may ask. There is no surprise, since "lost footage" and "home surveillance-cameras" styled filming became popular, Scary Movie 5 must be done in the similar way. The story begins when Den and Jody move in their new house with a newborn baby. Strange and frightening things begin to happen in the first night of their staying. Not being able to solve the problem, the couple decides to ask professionals for help. The professionals, personalized in Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen arrive and … you may only imagine what a bizarre begins.

Tammy is a 2014 American comedy film directed by Ben Falcone and co-written by Falcone and Melissa McCarthy. The film stars McCarthy as Tammy, a recently fired woman who hits rock bottom and decides to take a road trip with her grandmother, played by Susan Sarandon. The film also features Allison Janney, Gary Cole, Mark Duplass, Dan Aykroyd, and Kathy Bates in supporting roles.

Irma Vep is a movie that was released in 1996. It was written and directed by Olivier Assayas and starred Hong Kong actress Maggie Cheung, who played a fictionalized version of herself. The film is a comedy-drama about the struggles of a French film director, played by Jean-Pierre Léaud, as he attempts to remake the classic silent film serial Les Vampires from 1915-1916.
