Plenty of fast action, shooting, and mayhem will keep audiences of all ages on the edge of their seats. The first film grossed well over $300 million world wide so this one is expected to do at least as well. Even though critics were negative about the first one, the audiences came back again and again to watch the action packed movie.

Starting as a psychological thriller half-baked in the early Shyamalan style, closer to the second hour "The Box" quietly and gradually reaches some incredible degree of psychedelic action that much similar to Kelly - Lynch and Kubrick. James Franco (Pineapple Express, 127 Hours) plays a scientist who uses apes to attempt finding a cure for Alzheimer's disease and when problems arise with one of his apes called Caesar, he simply takes the ape home with him to keep the evil lab doctors from interfering. Seems as if Caesar (played by Andy Serkis from the Lord of the Rings trilogy) has begun mutating quite rapidly and that's never a good sign as he'll soon begin leading a revolt of the apes."Also starring John Lithgow (of the Shrek series and Harry and the Hendersons), Chelah Horsdal (Marley & Me), Freida Pinto (Slumdog Millionaire) and David Hewlett (The whistleblower, Stargate: Atlantis)."
