The Warlords (2010 movie) action takes place in 1860 during the Taiping rebellion in China in late Qing era. Three other general and two noble robbers and swear each other's blood in the loyalty and friendship, but the harsh realities of war, intrigue and love triangle officials are confronted them with each other.

At the first glance Hit and Run (2012) looks like Knockin' on Heaven's Door (1997) combined with Drive (2011), which is causing some negative expectations, taking into consideration the fact of how many times Knockin' on Heaven's Door was cloned, mostly in disastrous manner. But, it only at the first look, the second one will be stopped in state of total quandary by ill-fitting Bradley Cooper dreads. Bradley is hardly recognizable in Hit and Run, but it's still him playing the partner of former motorcyclist Charlie Bronson with a kind of "shady" past. The movie plot is based on quite untwisted screenplay written by Dax Shepard (who has directed film, too, and played the main protagonist), the story about mad driver who risked everything busting Witness Protection Program, for the sake of one single aim: to bring his beautiful fiancée to Los Angeles where she gets her dream job. If you are about to say something like: "what a stupid idea: to risk your life for girlfriend job?" you better just stop, take a deep breath and rethink it, maybe you'll do the same if gorgeous Kristen Bell was your girlfriend. Changed your mind, duh? Oh, yes, the Kristen and Bradley duo will definitely make you wishing to watch this movie. But let's go back to the plot: while driving to LA, the couple will encounter lots of awkward adventurous including: ex-gang mobs chasing Charlie, his partner seeking buried treasures from criminal past, and, of course cops sitting on their tails.

Superheroes like Spider-Man just don't grow on trees you know! They arrive straight out of the comic books and have some mystical power or other that make them the hero they are. Predators movie of the 2010 is better than you can describe that! Perhaps, after "Avatar" released in late 2009 is the first movie that you want to watch and not look the clock, even when it ends. This is absolutely amazing. So if there is still someone else who is able to film it again it is necessary to make it in 3D to collect at least some cash. Action is taken in the best traditions of the genre. History is absolutely competent, not far-fetched. All genre standards are met, and it does not seem secondary. This is absolutely original, beautiful movie, which you can watch without knowing the history of the first "Predator". Although, it features many references to the first "Predator": A Memoir of Guatemala, the skull "outsiders" are present in the parking lot of hunters of prey. Movie definitely made with love to its roots and to the genre as well.

Ninja Assassin stands in the same discipline as the "300" and does not exclude the possibility that even gets to windward it by part of naturalistic massacre. The blood and meat, at least is not worse, than at the best slaughterhouses, and a number of overly dark scenes fully offset by a crazy drive in all other battles with the stabbing. The plot about love, revenge, betrayal is not limit of perfection, of course, but looks as a necessary evil. However, there are no too overextended pauses between the massacre, massacre and massacre again…
