When a commercial airline pilot, Whip (Denzel Washington) saves hundreds of lives it seems like his future looks bright and glorious. He managed to land an airplane with both engines damaged. Although the landing was very hard, Whip has showed a virtuoso level of superior flight skills and have saved 98 out of 106 lives on board. After preventing this catastrophe Whip may feel himself like a hero as well as all the Americans treat him; but following investigation set a long row of inconvenient questions that are making Whip's perspectives looking not so bright. To tell the truth, his future seems like he has to be a prisoner who is serving the very long term in a jail rather than an American hero who is resting on its laurels. She is portrayed by Carey Mulligan, Daisy met Jay Gatsby when he was poor, and successfully forgotten him after he has gone to War. Soon she has married Tom Buchanan (played by Joel Edgerton) and become Daisy Buchanan. Her husband Tom, as it turned out, has a mistress: Myrtle Wilson (Isla Fisher) and their relationships are moving very precipitously. Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire) is the person who observes the ups and downs of this twisted love triangle and finally becomes the lonesome witness of the mournful finale of the story.

Hachi: A Dog's Story looks very respectable thanks to beautifully grown old Richard Gere. But all this is the perfect atmosphere generates the feeling that all this neat, distilled and smoothed microcosm of the American province was specially built just for the beautiful story design. Something here is not real in the movie. However, when your eyes filled with tears, you will not be able to consider.

As for cast ensemble – it represent a perfectly combined blend of true personalities pooled by a genuine chemistry between each other. The leading role of paralyzed writer was acquired by unparalleled John Hawkes, who may be familiar to you by his roles in The Playroom as Martin Cantwell, Arcadia as Tom and Contagion as Roger. Helen Hunt plays his soul mate and the sexual sessions partner, Cheryl Cohen Greene; you may remember Helen as Darcy Maguire in What Women Want, a Nancy Meyers movie, which was filmed in 2000.
