Practical Magic is a supernatural romantic comedy film that was released in 1998. The film was directed by Griffin Dunne and stars Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as two sisters with magical powers. The story follows the Owens sisters as they navigate the ups and downs of love, family, and witchcraft.

Kevin Smith, who directed the Cop Out movie, twists the detective intrigue, involving a familiar narrative, highlighted the stereotypical figures of the influential mobsters, petty criminal "fry", an innocent victim-emigrant from Latin America, etc. You can fell that the filming was a great pleasure for Kevin and watching was not less entertainment for audience! Still, Kevin Smith would not have been himself, if even in this "compromise" movie, sarcastically failed for philistine myths and newfangled trends. She's Out of My League is a fairy tale vice versa. The story is not about how Cinderella finds her prince, but how a voiceless Troubadour wins the heart of beautiful ladies. In addition, the Troubadour is really very unattractive, and the lady at the check turns out to be far from perfect. Everything in life - which, indeed, sought the creators of the picture, striving to withdraw is not a parody, but realistic movie about living people, whose fate would be indifferent to the spectators. "She's Out of My League" is an excellent movie to raise the pep. Especially because the film's message: Be sure of himself and the beautiful girl will be yours.

Think of Prom as High School Musical with heavy doses of teen-aged angst. Summarizing Prom in frighteningly reductive terms, Disney says, "A group of teenagers get ready for their high school prom," and the producers list it simultaneously as "comedy" and "drama." If you read only that description, you easily could conclude Prom dramatizes debutantes' struggles with mascara and up-dos. To her everlasting credit, Aimee Teegarden, veteran of heavy high school drama in "Friday Night Lights," goes a long way toward redeeming Prom from its awkward identity crisis. With a properly delicate and ironic touch, Ms. Teegarden effectively captures every sophisticated senior's inchoate recognition that "valedictory" means farewell and "commencement" is a synonym for "see ya." "Nova, Ms. Teegarden's allegorically named character, recognizes her pet antagonist probably is the ideal prom date, heavy on the fun factor and devoted to keeping rented tuxedos and poofy dresses in perspective. The unlikely pair contrasts sharply with Mei and Tyler, swept-away sweethearts, who wrestle with conscience and logistics as they work to wring every last micro-gram of meaning and romance from "the biggest night of their lives.""Set for release the last weekend of April, 2011, Prom may or may not set the tone for the Class of 2011's dining and dancing extravaganzas, but it surely will provide invaluable fashion and etiquette tips.

It's Kind of a Funny Story is about Craig (Keir Gilchrist), a 16 year old that is clinically depressed. After getting completely stressed out, he voluntarily checks himself into a psychiatric facility, but once he gets there he realizes there is no youth wing. If he wants to stay he must be amongst the adults. However, once there he is befriended by another patient Bobby (Zach Galifianakis), who is more like a mentor to Craig. It is then that he starts to learn how to deal with life's many pressures that he will face throughout his time. It's Kind of a Funny Story is a teen drama that delivers a good story.

When Todd Phillips filmed his first The Hangover in 2009, he could hardly imagine that this movie will bring almost 500 millions USD box office. The audience demands something greater: more action, more entangled plot, more powerful actors' play. The last thing was not in scarcity: since the first The Hangover Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis and Justin Bartha have improved their actors skills in such smash movies like Dark Horse, The Rebound, The Campaign, The Muppets, It's Kind of a Funny Story, Hit and Run, Limitless, Valentine's Day, Silver Linings Playbook etc. As for the action-packed scenes and entangled plot, the trailer ensures us that everything is OK with these ingredients as well.
