Rustavi 2 is the first major private TV channel in Georgia featuring 24/7 programming. Based in Tbilisi, the channel was highly involved in the Rose Revolution events on the opposite to Shevardnadze side. The channel started broadcasting in 1994 raised its funds thru TV commercials. It still has a revenue stream consisting on advertising money, but now Rustavi 2 is the largest private television station of Georgia with about 84% Georgian population audience. The channel is available outside Georgia via EURASIASAT satellite and via the Internet as Rustavi 2 Live. The channel provides both news and entertainment programming. If the news part of Rustavi schedule consists predominately of classic newscasts and live events reports, the entertaining component on the channel is awesome: Rustavi manages to bring the latest American TV shows and series: Who to Be a Millionaire?, David Letterman Night Show, 60 minutes, SNL and so on.

FOX 9 TV channel also known as KMSP-TV Twin Cities is the FOX-owned news TV station with the history dating back to mid-1950. Now it is content-rich television channel broadcasting nationwide and accessible worldwide in Internet as FOX 9 live. Fox 9 News programming includes the series of newscasts: FOX9 Morning News, FOX9 Buzz and FOX at Five, FOX9 News Nine, FOX at 10 and FOX9 Sports Primetime. Alongside with the newscasts Fox 9 features carefully selected entertainment programming represented by such the popular shows as: Law and Order: SVU, Bonnie Hunt Show, Martha, Wendy Williams, Access Hollywood, Judge Jeanine Pirro, Judge Joe Brown, Judge Judy, Seinfeld, and The Office.

Deutsche Welle ARABIA is the Arabian-language version of DW-TV featuring programming predominately targeted on viewers located in the Middle East and North Africa regions. Basically it's the same programs that you can find on parent TV station (Deutsche Welle), but translated into Arabian language. There are also some special programs designed for Middle East audience on Deutsche Welle ARABIA covering regional news and events of business, politic, culture, lifestyle and science background of Arabian world.
