Abbott Elementary is a public elementary school in San Diego, California, which was established in 1913. The school is named after James Burnett Abbott, a prominent attorney who was instrumental in the establishment of the San Diego Public Library System. The school is located in the neighborhood of Normal Heights and serves students from kindergarten to fifth grade.

The Bear is a comedy-drama television series that premiered on Hulu in June 2022. The Over Achiever and class valedictorian is Steven Foster (played by Michael Stahl-David) is the son of an Enron executive who was put away (in prison) and all family assets were subsequently frozen. Foster then moves to Hawaii and becomes a bartender. The Brain in the group is Brenda Serrano (played by Daniella Alonso) who planned on being a scientist and was also secretly in love with Anders. She instead decides to become a pre law student in Washington, DC where she also becomes involved in politics. We can all relate to one or more of these fictional characters.

What is an athletic coach who has lost much of his life's treasures to do? He is divorced and financially strapped, and living in suburban Detroit, Michigan. When his childhood home (in which he still resides) burns down he has little to keep him motivated until a friend helps create a successful business. The business is about making money and the way he determines best to do that is by exploiting his own "sex organ". Having been endowed with a unusually large penis, Ray Drecker puts it to good use by becoming a male prostitute, not exactly the choice of many men but he sees it as a way to make piles of cash, quickly. There are so many ways this can go wrong, especially with children of his own to consider! But the Happiness Consultants is determined to become a legitimate business of sorts and they go about learning the tools of the trade (so to speak). Ray Drecker is played by Thomas Jane (The Mist, The Punisher), partner Tanya Skagle is played by Jane Adams (In Plain Sight, Restless), and Ann Heche (Six Days Seven Nights, Donnie Brasco) is Ray's ex-wife Jessica Haxon. Operations Manager of The Sunshine Center, a run-down San Diego arena, home of the circus and lingerie football, Ben learns on his fortieth birthday that his girlfriend is leaving him because he is so thoroughly self-involved he has no love left over for anyone else. Jenny plays Crystal, the arena's pill-popping owner who could become America's next favourite villain on the strength of her thinly veiled racism and despise of children, except that Jenny's consummate skill as an actress redeems her. One Los Angeles reviewer wisely concludes, "["Mr. Sunshine"] isn't perfect; and it won't change the landscape of comedic television right away, even though it's part of a game-changing three-hour comedy block for ABC. But it is taking all of the important steps in the right direction." If "Mr. Sunshine" seems a little wobbly at first, viewers should remember "Cougar Town's" first-episode identity crisis, allowing lots of latitude for Perry's and "Mr. Sunshine's" rapid evolution.
