Christiana Bennett, is the probably oldest main character in Breaking Pointe, she is 32 and now she is at the top of her ballet career, but strong competition not allowing her to bask in the rays of glory. She is very aware of young and hungry ballerinas starving for her place. Beckanne Sisk is right that kind of young and hungry ballerina, she is extremely talented, and in her 19 she's made the brilliant dance career, most of twentysomething dancers only have to dream of. Beckanne has a friend Katie Martin, less talented by awesome girl who admires Beckanne, though in some weird way. Another character is Ronald Tilton, with whom Katie is dating. He is a dancer too, and it's hard to say what Katie and Ronald hold in the first place: ballet or relationships. Another dancing couple is Rex Tilton and Allison DeBona. It seems like Rex is totally in love with Allison, but it's clear that Allison prefers her ballet career instead of their relationships. Such a stratagem of relationships dramatically showcased in Breaking Pointe makes these TV show somewhat like The Hills, but more concerned about real problems of really talented, not only pretty, people.
