"Life Below Zero: Next Generation" is a reality TV series that premiered in 2020 as a spin-off of the popular show "Life Below Zero." The show follows a new cast of Alaskans who have chosen to live off the grid and survive in one of the most rugged environments on Earth. Sheree Whitfield has been busy fighting to keep the 2.6 million dollar home she was ordered out of after her divorce from Bob Whitfield, an Atlanta Falcon football player. She claims to have no education or special skills to help her support her two children. Kandi Burruss who claims to have fortune and fame because she earned it. Herself a Grammy Award winner, Kandi is CEO and founder of Kandi Koated Entertainment, a record label, as well as her own internet show. Phaedra Parks states she is the ultimate southern belle and knows how to get what she wants! One of Georgia's Super Lawyers, Phaedra is an entertainment attorney and seen often on TV programs like Entertainment Tonight and Extra. Cynthia Bailey is a former high school homecoming queen and actress. She's been on episodes of The Cosby Show and New York Undercover. These ambitious ladies have intertwining lives and are highly competitive, making the show somewhere between a cat fight and a love in each episode.

American Idol has consistently been one of the most watched reality TV shows of all time and continues to draw huge audiences as each new season begins. Cutthroat Kitchen is a cooking competition television show that originally aired on the Food Network from 2013 to 2017. The show is hosted by Alton Brown, and it pits four chefs against each other in a series of three rounds. Each round, the chefs are given a certain amount of money that they can use to bid on sabotages to give to their competitors, making it more difficult for them to cook their dishes.

The America's Next Top Model program travels around the globe, with each season being held in yet another exotic spot. Men and women enter the fierce competition hoping for the career boost that will make them the next fashion star.

Las Vegas, Nevada is a fun place and reality television fits in there perfectly! With locations such as Las Vegas, Hollywood, Brooklyn (also New York City itself), and Washington, DC the show is always topical and fresh. The locations are sometimes repeated when they've been successful, such as Vegas and New York (although the trip back to the Big Apple was dedicated to Brooklyn specifically). A group of individuals participate in the challenges before them and all reside as housemates in comfortable accommodations where they need to learn to get along with one another and must participate in each task or job as they are assigned or they must leave the program. The tasks generally consist of a single job that runs the length of the season. Most recently they worked with a charity named the Athlete Recovery Fund in which they were assigned weekly jobs such as events involving motorbikes and a guest, Carey Hart, who is a renowned biker. Other seasons have dealt with substance abuse, prejudice, and irresponsible immature behavior (remember, they are all housed together!).
