Christina Applegate (Married With Children, Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead) and her husband Will Arnett (Arrested Development, Blades of Glory) are Reagan and Chris, two new parents without a clue! They bring their sweet little bundle home from the hospital and the fun begins. Also starring Maya Rudolph (Saturday Night Live) as Reagan's best friend Ava and Nick Cannon (America's Got Talent, The Nick Cannon Show) as Calvin.

Animal Control was a reality television series that aired on the Animal Planet network from 2005 to 2008. The show followed animal control officers as they responded to calls about stray or dangerous animals in various parts of the United States. The officers were responsible for capturing and removing the animals from the area to ensure public safety.

The shows protagonist character, Chelsea Newman is based on Chelsea Handler and her friends who are a group of working class folks from New Jersey. The real Chelsea is Chelsea Joy Handler, a comedienne as well as TV talk show host who wrote the book. In this sitcom we find Laura Prepon (That 70's Show, October Road) playing the main role and even the real Chelsea Handler has a minor role as Sloane. Others include Jake McDorman (CSI: Miami, Greek) as Rick, Dee Dee is played by Lauren Lapkus (a stand up comedian and improvisationist), Melvin is portrayed by Lenny Clarke (Rescue Me, The John Larroquette Show), and as Olivia is Ali Wong from Breaking In, Chelsea Lately. Many of the characters are based on the book by Chelsea Handler and take place in the sports bar the character works. Expect to see plenty of outrageous behavior from this twenty something social group.

American Housewife is a television show that premiered on ABC in 2016. The show is about a woman named Katie Otto, who lives with her husband and three children in a wealthy suburb of Westport, Connecticut. The show revolves around Katie's attempts to fit in with the other wealthy and seemingly perfect moms in her community, while also trying to maintain her own sense of individuality and identity.

Those who ever watched Idioracy (2006) are aware of the future of television and the appearance of IFC's Bunk will not be in surprise for them. Rest of the people should know this kind of comedy reality series will be dominating till times when everyone would think it's normal to invent a new family-friendly look of David's genital on Michelangelo's masterpiece. Yes it was one of the idiotic contest of second episode of Bunk where two "professional" "comedians" (it's not a coincidence nor mistype that two of words are quoted) fight for ambiguous prizes like "Super Powers", "Universal Alibi" etc. performing silly tasks like "to shame a baby". The series was produced by Kurt Braunohler, an American comedian which is known to us by his roles in Delocated, The Heart, She Holler, Comedy at the Fringe, Jon Benjamin Has a Van and Comedy Lab.

Former Daily Show with Jon Stewart correspondent Stephen Colbert is a political humorist and that means he has a license to poke fun at politicians and just about anybody else that gets in his creative path. It's a stretch but Stephen Colbert plays fictional anchorman Stephen Colbert, or in other words, he portrays himself in a spoof and political pundit filled show that has earned a slew of award nominations. If it's a serious news event you can bet it will show up on the Colbert Report, often with a unique twist. Some stories don't need to be embellished upon because they play out humorous no matter what and that's life. Some times the show has cultural influence as in the case of a bridge being named after Colbert by the Hungarian Ambassador, who presented Colbert with a declaration certificate when a vote declared him the winner. As it turned out Hungary does not name their bridges after living people so it never happened but he did win the vote. It just goes to prove how powerful having a television show with your own name on it can be in the U.S.
