It would seem that the evidence collected and can bring a charge, but it turns out that Mark, always considered himself a virtue, exemplary American citizen, did not hesitate to take cash himself during the corrupt deals ADM. Naturally, charges against the corporation collapses like a house of cards and the system chooses now to Mark himself. Slicker Whitaker, who led the FVI agents to grand finale, ultimately deceived himself. Entangled in a lie, he tries to make himself a hero till the very end.
