Let Me In (2010) is an adaptation of the novel by Jon Ivydene Lindquist and remake of the Swedish film of 2008. Hatchet II is a follow up to the 2007 original Hatchet. After being stranded in the wilderness and fending off swamp monsters Marybeth (Danielle Harris) manages to get away from the disgusting killer Victor Crowley (Kane Hodder). Once she returns home she learns she has ties to the hatchet carrying psycho and feels she must return to Louisiana with an army of many to seek revenge on the killer Victor and salvage as many of her families bodies as she can. Hatchet II is sure to bring you as much gore and blood as the original.

The filming studio of Scream 4 says, "Ten years have passed, and Sidney Prescott, who has put herself back together thanks in part to her writing, is visited by the Ghostface Killer." Until the Scream 4 hits theaters on April 15, 2011, no one reveals anything more than that one cryptic sentence. The trailer does make it clear, however, Wes Craven has no intention of reinventing the formula for fun family fear. Scream movie-series sage Wes Craven says of his genre, "There is something about the Disneyesque [American] dream of the beautifully trimmed front lawn, the white picket fence, mom and dad and their happy children, God-fearing and doing good whenever they can. [Look at] and the flip side of it, the kind of anger and the sense of outrage that comes from discovering that's not the truth of the matter--that gives American horror films kind of an additional rage." The Ghostface Killer always has "crawled like a viper through the suburban streets," and the fourth in the series shows lots more of the same; why mess with success? Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette prove you're never two old to feel terrified, but a whole new generation of horrified hotties has learned to scream and scream until goodness prevails. Emma Roberts and Hayden Panettiere lead "a new generation of terror."

You might remember the first of The Last Exorcism and its cam-shaking found-footage style. Thanks god, The Last Exorcism Part 2 is made in normal way without boring "real-footage" effects. Like in th previous one, Ashley Bell stars in this movie too as Nell Sweetzer, a terrified girl found lurking in the woods and latter rehabilitating after the previous exorcism which turns out be just an act of clearing the way for greater evil eager to settle in Nell's tiny body. Further, unlike the first movie directed by Daniel Stamm (The Darkness, Angry Little God, A Necessary Death), the second "Last Exorcism" is directed by the less known Ed Gass-Donnelly (Small Town Murder Songs, This Beautiful City) which may lead to some underestimating of the horrifying power of this movie, but watching the trailer will left you reassured. The filming is great, the horror scenes are powerful, and the evil is realistic. Thanks to the writer Damien Chazelle (Grand Piano, Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench) the movie plot looks solid and scenario twists are plausible.

"Malignant" is a 2021 supernatural horror film directed by James Wan. The movie centers around Madison Mitchell, a woman plagued by horrifying visions of gruesome murders. As the story unfolds, Madison discovers that her visions are not mere nightmares, but actual glimpses into real-life killings that are happening in her city. She realizes that she has a mysterious connection to the murders and must confront a malevolent entity from her past.

Is the phrase "dybbuk box" sounds familiar to you? You may be heard this unbelievable true story about the box being sold on eBay in 2001 to Mannis, a furniture restorer, who was warned about evil ghost, trapped inside the box, by ex-owner's granddaughter upon collection. He tried to return the box, but his offer met weird hysterical refusal. Lately, he learned lots about the box. It is originated from Lodz ghetto, where in 1938 a group of women managed to conduct the spiritual séance resulted in trapping a dybbuk in the box. Dybbuk is a Jewish-folklore evil spirit, who represents a soul of dead person, which has unfinished business in the world of living. To make things done, dybbuk infuses in the human live being, which it ultimately devours at the end. But let's go back to the story, the box and its owner survived the horrors of World War 2, and emigrated to USA, where she died in 2001 and the box were sold to abovementioned Mannis. Finally, he brings this box home and opens it. Inside, he finds strange artifacts: locks of blonde and brunette hairs, dried flower buds, a goblet with remains of wine and the statue with Hebrew word Shalom, engraved on it. Lately he sold the box due to the numerous nightmares he and his wife suffered after the box appeared in their lives. All the later owners of "dybbuk box" have reported about these nightmares and curses that accompanied their lives since they bought the box. This true story has laid in the storyline's foundation of The Possession, the movie released in 2012. The film was directed by Ole Bornedal, and screenplay was written by Juliet Snowden and Stiles White. Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Kyra Sedgwick are starring in the movie alongside with Grant Show, Madison Davenport and Natasha Calis. The last one portrays the main character, Em, who apparently becomes possessed by a dybbuk from the box.
