It's a third appearance of Chris Hemsworth as mighty Thor after Kenneth Branagh's Thor filmed in 2011 and Joss Whedon's The Avengers filmed in 2012. The story of Alan Taylor's Thor: The Dark World is a direct sequel of the first movie and it takes place just year after the events of The Avengers. Now Thor stands against the ancient evil embodied in Malekith and his henchmen. This concentrated evil existed even before the history of our Galaxy has began. And there are no forces neither in Asgard nor on Earth to withstand them. Once again the destiny of the whole world is in Thor's hands. Once again he has to come back to Earth and fight with Malekith. It is sometime in the near future and the sport of boxing is more popular than ever. With his son's help they work out a plan to make the best high-tech boxing robot. Kenton's son Max (Dakota Goyo of Thor and Resurrecting the Champ) is young and eager to help the father he has been estranged from. his film is a wild action packed ride that pits eight foot tall two thousand pound steel pugilists against each other. Taking all the human emotion out of the sport, we find robots can really box but who cares which one wins now? The stakes are high for Charlie Kenton and his son as they piece together scrap metal and low end bots to create the next great contender. "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald" is a 2018 fantasy movie and the sequel to "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." The movie takes place in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and follows the adventures of Newt Scamander, played by Eddie Redmayne, as he tries to stop the dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald, played by Johnny Depp, from achieving his goal of pure-blood wizard supremacy.

With intentions of this one being a launching pad for an entirely new series of films on the "great apes taking over the planet" theory, director Rupert Wyatt along with producer and screen writer Rick Jaffa hope to see fans follow along to make this concept as big a hit.Sci-fi films with an unusual theme such as this can usually count on plenty of audience enthusiasm and as this one deals with attempting a cure for Alzheimer's it is current and relevant to what's going on around us. James Franco (Pineapple Express, 127 Hours) plays a scientist who uses apes to attempt finding a cure for Alzheimer's disease and when problems arise with one of his apes called Caesar, he simply takes the ape home with him to keep the evil lab doctors from interfering. Seems as if Caesar (played by Andy Serkis from the Lord of the Rings trilogy) has begun mutating quite rapidly and that's never a good sign as he'll soon begin leading a revolt of the apes."Also starring John Lithgow (of the Shrek series and Harry and the Hendersons), Chelah Horsdal (Marley & Me), Freida Pinto (Slumdog Millionaire) and David Hewlett (The whistleblower, Stargate: Atlantis)."

Ex Machina is a 2014 science fiction film directed by Alex Garland and starring Domhnall Gleeson, Alicia Vikander, and Oscar Isaac. The film tells the story of a young programmer named Caleb who is invited to the remote home of a billionaire CEO named Nathan to administer a Turing test on an AI named Ava. As Caleb spends more time with Ava, he begins to question Nathan's motives and his own place in the experiment.

Chappie (stylized CHAPPiE) is a science fiction film directed by Neil Blomkamp, based on the director's own 2004 short film, Tetra Vaal. Set in the near future, Chappie features a world which is policed by mechanized robots. The robots are oppressive toward humanity, but do not have the ability to think and feel. Chappie is a robot designed with artificial intelligence. Chappie can feel emotions and think for himself, and it is up to him to stand up to the forces that are trying to oppress humanity and take him down. The film stars Sharlto Copley as Chappie, supported by Dev Patel, Hugh Jackman, Watkin Tudor Jones, Yolandi Visser, Jose Pablo Cantillo, and Sigourney Weaver. Chappie is Blomkamp's third feature length film, written alongside his wife Terri Tatchell, who worked with him on District 9, which also starred Sharlto Copley
