"The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" is a fantasy movie based on the novel of the same name by J.R.R. Tolkien. It was released in 2001 and directed by Peter Jackson. The movie follows the journey of Frodo Baggins, a hobbit who inherits a powerful ring that was created by the evil lord Sauron. Frodo sets out on a quest to destroy the ring and stop Sauron from taking over the world.

While they invade our planet and take over the minds of everyone they come into contact with a few manage to remain "wild and free". Melanie Stryder, played by Saoirse Ronan (Atonement, The Lovely Bones) attempts to hold out but succumbs to an alien named Wanderer. Wanderer has been warned about possession of human bodies and the consequences involved such as mood changes, vivid memories from that human's past life, and an entire gamut of emotions they have never experienced where they came from. When Melanie refuses to yield her mind to the alien they struggle for what may be the last remaining human being on planet Earth.lso starring William Hurt (The Big Chill, Kiss of the Spider Woman) as Melanie's eccentric uncle Jebediah Stryder, Diane Kruger (National Treasure, Inhale) is one of the mind stealing alien "souls", and Jake Abel (I Am Number Four, The Lovely Bones) is a rebellious human who wants to kill the aliens as quickly as he can find them.

"Terror of Mechagodzilla" is a Japanese science fiction movie that was released in 1975. The film is part of the Godzilla franchise and follows the story of Godzilla battling against Mechagodzilla, a robotic version of the iconic monster, and Titanosaurus, a newly created aquatic monster. The plot involves the villains using the monsters to take over the world, and the heroes' efforts to stop them.

"2001: A Space Odyssey" is a science fiction film directed by Stanley Kubrick, based on a short story by Arthur C. Clarke. The film is a journey through human evolution and technology, following a mysterious black monolith that appears at critical points in human history. The movie is divided into four parts and features minimal dialogue, relying instead on the visuals and music to convey the story.

A tremendously successful book Cloud Atlas, which was written by British author David Mitchell in 2004, is laid in the basement of next brothers Wachowsky's movie Cloud Atlas. Of course, no one has expected that Matrix's creators will film something small, but it seems like Cloud Atlas outperformed any possible expectation. The film is so advanced in the meaning of CGI graphics and complicity of the twisted plot that it's undoubtedly destined to become another milestone in cinema industry alongside with The Matrix and Avatar. The movie consists of six stories nailed on each other in some weird way. All of the showcased stories are suddenly interrupting at some point except the last one. The first story begins in 1850 on a frigate sailing across the Pacific Ocean; this story is read by the character of the next story as a diary in 1931 which story is read in letters by Luisa Rey a journalist California, 1975 who writes a manuscript for the novel which is read by Timothy Cavendish, in 21th century UK which story was laid in the center of documentary movie which is watched by Sonmi~451, a genetically-engineered clone in not so distant future who rises a rebellion against totalitarian regime which is lead to "The Fall", an apocalypses which destroys a civilization and forms a tribal societies on Earth. One of the tribesman watches a Sonmi~451's story as holographic movie on his "Orison" device. All the six stories which are nested in the film look like seamlessly connected with each other in the way we did not realize until the movie reaches its turning point, and then we travel back in time from story to story completing them in reverse order and realizing that "Everything is connected".

Based upon the popular Hasbro game with the same name, Battleship is a movie filmed at the Hawaiian islands Oahu and Maui so expect some fabulous scenery! Also filming in Sherman Oaks, California and Baton Rouge, Louisiana the film depicts some really intense battle footage when aliens take potshots at the US Naval Fleet in the Pacific Ocean. "The Regents" are evidently part of an alien race that has descended here to use the ocean to build their own power source when they come into contact with our fleet of navy vessels. The story gives us a perspective from both sides so we not only can see where our troops have placed their ships but also can view the locale of those alien ships, just like the Hasbro game. With the assistance of the Science and Entertainment Exchange we can expect some realistic footage and logistics.
