Never Let Me Go is a 2010 drama film based on recognized all over the world novel of the same name written by Kazuo Ishiguro. Although the novel features some elements of science fiction, it is not positioned as a sci-fi book. Movie centers on the memories of Kathy, a young woman about 30 years, the film showcases her childhood in an unusual boarding school and subsequent adult life. The action takes place in the UK anti-Utopical end of XX century, in which people are cloned in purpose to create the donor organs for transplantation. Kathy and her friends at boarding school are set up as such donors. Prior to becoming a donor, they are all within a longer or shorter working time "helpers", caring and supporting those who have become donors. As in the Ishiguro's book, the truth does not become immediately clear, but disclosed gradually, through the weird hints.
