The new comic book adaptation titled "Jonah Hex" has a chance to become a new subspecies of a Hollywood blockbuster movie. Which, unlike similar to it, "Van Helsing" and "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen", boasts at least that there is no monstrous budget spent only on the CGI and still do not understand that. All are attached to ordinary story about an unusual hero against the forces of evil money not spent in vain - despite the feeble mind of local writers, the picture and dynamics in this are pretty good. But the lack of a coherent plot and its quality does not allow "Jonah Hex" to become something more than fantasy gunman at a time. "Professional and extremely steep mercenary in the best tradition of Western fighters dealt with the bad guys, that everything else resorted to the resurrection of the dead. Well, just as some representatives of the genre on occult themes. Unlike "John Hex" is that the hero was a little maimed and disfigured on one side of the face attached to the character of Josh Brolin sort of grim fascination. Besides, he enjoys exotic weapons such as crossbows and slaughter that was particularly funny - two miniguns pinned to ride a horse! On the part of any claims, action games - very bright and juicy, while gunfire and explosions in no way spoiled special effects, just the opposite. "For the rest, "Jonah Hex" just a collection of beautiful pictures without any good sense. Again, good vs. evil, it's pretty primitive, but effective. In true, everybody will be very pleased with the lack of oak dialogues and unnecessary pathos. Fortunately, the creators focused on the rigidity of action scenes and even the history of the protagonist, which is interesting main story. In addition, there is John Malkovich and even Megan Fox, which, apparently, after her disagreement with Michael Bay, is now doomed to get stuck in the semi-thrash movies for a long time. Generally "Jonah Hex" is worth watching, but only because of pretty pictures and good overall performances.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Movie (or Pirates of the Caribbean 4) is the most-waiting-for sequel of the Pirates of the Caribbean's saga, which promises even more puzzling plot than its predecessor, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. Which, of course, should not surprise - even a bigger budget, modern 3D effects and an intriguing scenario, the quality of which was a precondition of Johnny Depp's participation (and, of course, without him the film would have been stillborn), all this guarantees that Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Movie destined to be one of the hit movies of 2011. So… Meet Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp), Captain Hector Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush), Angelica (Penelope Cruz), and Blackbeard (Ian McShane) in their dizzying and exciting adventure: which one of them will be able to find the mystical Fountain of Youth first and stay alive? Who Captain Jack Sparrow has to fear more: his nemesis Captain Barbossa, or women from the past? What a unexpected finale awaits the characters of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Movie in this crazy 3D adventure?

The cinematographic version of adventures of a character named Solomon Kane, invented by Robert Howard (author of "Conan the Barbarian"), is a thick mix of the mud, blood, religious fanaticism and the ever-popular theme of zombies. Solomon Kane, unlike Van Helsing, who is here hinted at, basically, a cloak and hat, posed in a much more serious condition: he does not fight with single semi-comic characters like philoprogenitive Dracula or shrek-looking Mr. Hyde. He is opposed to evil as such, evil emanating from the enemy of the human race. This struggle involves bonfires, crucifixion, and the maximum concentration, and the religion, which naturally excludes all there worldly pleasures like love, joy, and throwing in witty remarks.

The 2011 movie Red State may sound like a political thriller but it's far from that! You see there is this religious cult called the Five Points Church, led by a fanatical preacher Abin Cooper that protests at funerals (no not that group) and have recently been under investigation by the ATF for suspicious activity. The funerals are primarily for gay individuals who have been murdered locally, leading the local sheriff to investigate the leader of this highly controversial religious clan as a possible suspect. Preacher Cooper (played by Michael Parks from Then Came Bronson, From Dusk Till Dawn) and his wife Sarah (played ably by Melissa Leo from Homicide: Life on the Streets, Righteous Kill) seem to get their kicks from trapping, then executing young men, particularly those who appear to be gay. While Sarah Cooper lures the young men with promises of sexual favors, the couple then entraps them and ties them onto a cross with plastic wrap. The targets for their insane games are easily found on internet chat rooms and once they are murdered there will be funerals to which the preacher Cooper will delight in protesting! Business is good at the Five Points Church. Also starring are John Goodman, Stephen Root, and Kevin Pollak.

"Demolition Man" is a 1993 science fiction action film directed by Marco Brambilla, starring Sylvester Stallone, Wesley Snipes, and Sandra Bullock. The movie is set in a futuristic version of Los Angeles in 2032, where crime has been virtually eliminated, and the police force relies on pacifism and rehabilitation instead of violence. However, when a dangerous criminal named Simon Phoenix escapes from his prison and wreaks havoc on the city, the only cop who can stop him is John Spartan, a legendary cop who has been cryogenically frozen for over 30 years.

"Superman IV: The Quest for Peace" is a 1987 superhero film directed by Sidney J. Furie and starring Christopher Reeve as Superman. It is the fourth and final film in the original Superman film series, and follows Superman as he attempts to rid the world of nuclear weapons and prevent a global catastrophe. The film also stars Gene Hackman as Lex Luthor, Margot Kidder as Lois Lane, and Jon Cryer as Lenny Luthor.
