This is a movie that you want to watch, watch and think. In the beginning, when you look at the first footage of this dark movie, it seems that the camera was given into the hands of the layman, but then when you start with a head dive into the dark species, when you put it mildly, they "kill". Landscapes in the film are though gloomy, constant sleet and cold wind, but it's all so subjects that pervades. Very slowly moving forward action the Valhalla Rising allows you to enjoy the beauties of nature. And the cruelest human flesh chopping looks cool in these surroundings.
