"The Book of Life" is a 2014 animated film that tells the story of Manolo, a young man who dreams of becoming a musician but is expected to follow in his family's bullfighting tradition. The movie takes place during the Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, and explores themes of love, family, and identity.

"Batman vs. Robin" is an animated superhero movie released in 2015, directed by Jay Oliva. The movie is based on the comic book storyline "The Court of Owls" by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. For at least a moment, you have to regret director Carlos Saldanha and screenwriter Don Rhymer did not assemble this all-star comedy cast for a live-action film. Imagine queen of irony Anne Hathaway starring with George Lopez, Wanda Sykes, Tracy Morgan, will.i.am, and Jamie Foxx in a satirical send-up of almost anything! For now, audiences must feel grateful the crew that brought you Ice Age has lined-up these headliners to add their voice talents to Rio. And, for the sake of straight-faced gravity, Jesse Eisenberg is the voice of Blu, a Minnesota Macaw with a fear of flying."Of course, Rio is a boy-meets-girl movie laced with proper doses of romance, suspense, and intrigue. As the movie opens, Blu lives with Linda, his owner, in Moose Lake, Minnesota, the two of them convinced Blu is the last of his kind. When they learn of Jewel, Blu's female counterpart, they take their walk on the wild side, heading for Rio de Janeiro to meet the bird of Blu's dreams. Of course, adventures and mis-adventures multiply as poachers kidnap Blu and Jewel and the birds-of-a-feather attempt their escape. Naturally, because love conquers all, Blu ultimately must face his fear of flying in order to win Jewel's love."

Baab is a technically and scientifically advanced planet located somewhere in the center of the galaxy. It's populated by the blue aliens, and among the aliens is a superhero, an astronaut Scorch Supernova, admired by children, young girls and woman across the planet. When new challenge is ahead, Scorch is the first to take it. The situation changes when BASA's (Baab Astronautically Space Agency) chief scientist Lena receives a SOS signal from nearby planet which is well-known by its hostile environment. Scorch departs to rescue those who send the signal despite of the intense warnings of Gary, his nerdy by-the rules brother. Upon arriving at dangerous planet Scorch gets into treacherous trap that making his escape unlikely event during the nearest couple of thousand years. So, it's time for Gary to rescue his heroic brother. Unfortunately his first attempt to change the situation to better makes it worse, much more badly. Now he has to prove himself like a true hero in order to rescue his family, which got into serious troubles. It's a story of Escape from Planet Earth, a 3D animated film directed by Cal Brunker, a man behind the Ninjamaica . Lena is voiced by Jessica Alba (A.C.O.D., Spy Kids: All the Time in the World, Little Fockers, Machete, Valentine's Day), while Scorch Supernova is voiced by Brendan Fraser (The Legend of William Tell: 3D, Married and Cheating, The Nut Job. Rob Corddry (Pain & Gain, Hell Baby, Warm Bodies) has gave the voice to Gary Supernova, whilst the main antagonist, Shanker, who captured Scorch is voiced by James Gandolfini (Zero Dark Thirty, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone, Not Fade Away, Killing Them Softly.)

The Tale of the Princess Kaguya is a 2013 Japanese animated fantasy film directed by Isao Takahata and produced by Studio Ghibli. The film is based on the Japanese folktale, The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, and follows the story of a tiny girl who is found inside a bamboo shoot and grows rapidly into a beautiful young woman. The film explores themes of identity, family, and the fleeting nature of life.

Aliens in the Attic seems not so much shocking, but very, very cute. First, the movie does not raise any issues that would be incomprehensible to viewers' of primary and secondary school age: blasters, bad grades, the first conflicts with parents, the aliens, finally: these are all understandable to any child threads and they are given without any unnecessary subtexts and contexts. The one thing is the Pearson daughter's boyfriend too often being hit by different things in the nuts, but these are nuances. Everything else is so consistent of children's fiction and deserves the respect, especially in the times of the genre mixing.
