Dirty Harry is a movie that was released in 1971 and stars Clint Eastwood as Harry Callahan, a San Francisco police inspector. The movie follows Harry as he tries to track down a serial killer known as Scorpio, who is terrorizing the city with a series of brutal murders. As Harry gets closer to Scorpio, he must decide how far he is willing to go to bring him to justice.

Irish author Jonathan Swift first published Gulliver's Travels in 1726, and it became an immediate sensation. Since then, Gulliver's Travels never has gone out-of-print, and its twenty-first century sales remain nearly as robust as they were in the sixteenth. Universally acknowledged as a classic of British literature, Swift's wonderwork scathingly satirizes human nature and parodies "travellers' tales." Not surprising, then, Hollywood has attempted to bring Gulliver's story to life on film in every decade since the medium was invented. Typically, the special effects have failed to keep pace with Swift's imagination. In the story's latest reprise, a slightly modernized version, the special effects are up to the challenge, but the question emerges, "Is Jack Black up to it?" Black has disappointed fans with his last couple of ventures, but critics say he looks "at ease" as he goes for "big" laughs in the land of the Lilliputians. The producers and director have built-in a few features to give Black a healthy bounce: Updating the story, they show Gulliver as a contemporary mailroom guy who finally catches a break, winning a travel-writing assignment in the Bermuda Triangle. 3D has gotta help the contrast between big Gulliver and little Lilliputians, and an all-star supporting cast is expected to bring out the best of Black's comic gifts.

The Last Legion is a much predicable movie: it fills a storyline gap between the Roman Empire and the legend of King Arthur, logically linking them, showing the continuity and integrity of both history and story. Especially by a remarkable way of the sword Excalibur, forged from iron ore from a meteorite fallen on Earth. So this movie should appear sooner or later, due the lack of original stories every unoccupied niche certainly is filled. Thus, the source is good. What do we have as a result? The film is not historical, but "based on" - however, it does not a bug, but only a feature, since not all because movies of the past must be strictly historical. Although significant fact: "Pirates of the Caribbean" can be easily forgiven of the almost complete lack of connection with history, but for "The Last Legion" it is the main disadvantage from the critics point of view… kind of weird logic.

Bullet to the Head is the next Sylvester Stallone's attempt to revive nostalgic feelings of steroid-action movies of 80'. Based on Alexis Nolent's graphic novel Du Plomb Dans La Tete (which could be translated from French exactly like "Bullet to the Head" or "Lead In The Head" as per Google Translator's version) movie's script was rewritten for several times (Sylvester Stallone's is one of the co-authors of storyline) until it was accepted by Warner Brothers. The film's cast is well-thought-out too; while Sylvester Stallone plays Jimmy Bobo a New Orleans hitman witnessed murdering of his partners, Sung Kang plays a cop Taylor Kwon, whose partners were killed too. Teamed up with each other in a kind of unnatural but tough alliance they seek vengeance for these deaths and finally discover a powerful MOB group well accreted in corrupted authority bodies of United States of America. If you've ever thought that 66 is the age closer to cemetery than to Hollywood, you have to take a look on Sylvester Stallone's body – he looks even more "in mood" than at the dawn of his fame. As for Sung Kang, you are probably familiar with most of his filmography which includes such well known films like Fast Five and Fast & Furious 4.

Starting defiantly with an amateur stamp from the scene of creative clutter in the apartment of the protagonist, "Repo Men", however, are firmly stitched comic fighter, and quite wild, to become a cult movie. Miguel Sapochnik, plays the fool with all his might, but lively intelligence is difficult to conceal. Very soon, pulsating on the screen cyberpunk shows us a director, who with the same warmth loves "RoboCop," Tarkovsky and Pak Chan Wook. Climactic confrontation between good and evil is almost literally copied from the famous scene with the hammer of the "Oldboy"; with the only difference Sapochnik has money for various other small tools, but apparently lacks the skill neither to film it with one big plan nor to cut massacre of hundreds of different plans. It's disappointing, but not disastrous: in the end, the "Repo Men" has lots of other goods.

The Warrior's Way" challenges: Can you survive the love to get to the action?... Who wouldn't want to see Kate Bosworth playing a bad-girl knife thrower in a ninja movie? After all, late adolescent boys can live on reruns of "Blue Crush" for only so long. In "The Warrior's Way" movie, Dong-gun Jang stars as a ninja assassin—reputedly "the world's greatest swordsman"-- grown weary of his deadly craft. When the assassin turns down an assignment, his warrior clan expresses its displeasure by ordering him killed. Naturally, the swordsman seeks sanctuary in the American badlands, where the locals will hardly notice a Korean newcomer in town. Just as naturally, the newcomer falls in love with the knife-thrower and befriends the town drunk—happens every day in the Dakotas. Naturally, the three of them save the swordsman and their town, and audiences may assume they Ginsu happily ever after. After pre-release screenings of "The Warrior's Way" movie audiences generally agreed with the reviewer who said, "If you can bear the hour of 'love story' and the bad acting that goes with it, you can get to some really fun action scenes. Some awesome effects and fighting will jolt you from much of the boredom." When it's all over, "The Warrior's Way" leaves the average guy wondering, "How much do I really like Kate Bosworth?"
