Mark O'Brien is a paralyzed 38-years old journalist who is confined to his iron lung forever, and, one more detail… he is a virgin. Very soon Mark meets Cheryl Cohen Greene, professional sexual therapists, who helps him to discover all the sweets of life and suddenly makes them discover each other. Unexpectedly, six sessions of sexual therapy turns into something more valuable: a passionate and cognitive journey from isolation to spiritual emancipation. The story is loosely based on real life events happened with real Californian journalist who decided to dramatically change his "paralyzed" existence and succeeded. The engrossing desire for revenge unites Beatrice and Victor. Meanwhile, it becomes clear that there are other strong feelings between them, the feelings that have grown in the shadow of vengeance.

Hachi: A Dog's Story looks very respectable thanks to beautifully grown old Richard Gere. But all this is the perfect atmosphere generates the feeling that all this neat, distilled and smoothed microcosm of the American province was specially built just for the beautiful story design. Something here is not real in the movie. However, when your eyes filled with tears, you will not be able to consider.

The fact is that Jack Kerouac was really in the crisis when he started the book, and he actually was traveling across the USA with his friends to find an inspiration for the book he later named On The Road, which became a basis for Walter Salles movie of the same name in 2012.
