Who's Still Standing? is NBC's one-season American adaptation of the Israeli trivia format Still Standing, hosted by Ben Bailey of Cash Cab. Each episode places one main contestant at the center of a ring of ten challengers. The players meet in rapid head-to-head trivia battles, and a wrong answer triggers the trapdoor beneath the losing contestant. The central player can keep building a prize total, with a path to a top prize of $1 million, but one mistake can end the run. The series premiered on NBC on December 19, 2011, as a holiday event and completed its nine-episode run on January 30, 2012. Its appeal comes from a simple visual idea: standard quiz questions become physical suspense because every clock countdown can end with someone disappearing through the studio floor. The U.S. version lasted one season, while the underlying Israeli format was adapted in many other territories. This page refers specifically to NBC's American version with Bailey, not the similarly titled U.S. sitcom Still Standing or later international adaptations.
Where to watch (checked October 9, 2026): No authorized U.S. subscription, free-with-ads, rental or purchase stream was confirmed for NBC's 2011 series. Provider catalogs vary by country and can change; avoid the unrelated sitcom Still Standing and other international adaptations.

Undoubtfully, cinematography has been my passion since a very young age. Even now, watching a new movie or series always prompts me to ask a lot of questions to the author. Thus, every little essay about a title is definitely not a spoiler, but rather an attempt to explore the idea.
