Filmed as the immediate continue of the first 1974 movie in the franchise signature "shock 'till you drop" style, Texas Chainsaw 3D, picks up the story line of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre exactly where it was left off by the first movie. So, in order to refresh all the aforegoing events of the movie you may need to watch once again (or just watch) the first one. However, it's needless to say that Texas Chainsaw 3D is the seventh movie in this slasher franchise, so it would be very hard (if not impossible) to determine what the difference between them all. Nevertheless, the CGI effects are developing constantly, which, in the case of horror movies, means that the quality of bloodbaths and other meat ins and outs would be incredibly realistic in this new John Luessenhop's movie. The story of Texas Chainsaw 3D starts when Heather Miller learns that she inherits the mansions from her grandmother she never known; when she visits her new house, he realizes that the mansion is inhabited by some horrible entity. As for ensemble cast it needs some special words about: the main protagonist, a gorgeous Heather Miller is portrayed by Alexandra Daddario, who may be familiar to you by her participating in such a well-known projects as Hall Pass, Bereavement, Nurse Jackie and Damages; while Dan Yeager plays the main villain, Leatherface - you may not know him well, but this was the guy who has produced Ordinary Average Guys short film in 2011.

Following the unforeseen success of its Part One, Paranormal Activity 2 movie is its film sequel set to be shown on October this year. Shot in documentary-style, the first part became a huge box office hit across the world. Freshly-famous actors, Katie Featherston and Micah Sloat are expected to go back onscreen and play as themselves. Earlier this year, the trailer of Paranormal Activity 2 movie already garnered favorable responses as it was initially shown before the premiere of the third Twilight series installment. Come Halloween 2010, the movie is expected to rake as much as $200-million dollars worldwide.

After it wrapped in November, 2009, Season of the Witch, an old-school horror movie starring Nicholas Cage and Ron Perlman, went into a strange suspended animation. In November, 2010, the studio finally distributed a trailer with very little fanfare, and setting a release date in mid-January, 2011. Cinephiles with exquisite powers of observation detected changes in the credits for key production roles, expressing their concern about the project's integrity. The voice-over for the trailer says ominously, "What you are about to see is the actual footage which the astronauts captured on that mission. While NASA denies its authenticity, others say it's the real reason we've never gone back to the moon."When you have seen the footage, you too may become a conspiracy theorist or fan of urban legends."

After her divorce Sarah and her teenage daughter, Elissa move to a small rural town hoping to start their lives anew. The upscale community hides some very scary goings on that evidently occurred in the house next door to theirs and things begin happening very soon. Danger and evil lurk behind this small town's sleepy exterior and both mom and daughter soon find their dream home is haunted and teeming with terror and violence. Evidently years ago a girl killed both her parents as they slept in their beds in the house next door. She disappeared leaving Ryan (her brother) as the lone survivor of the family. When Elissa and Ryan get cozy the dangers grow! Elissa is played by Jennifer Lawrence (The Hunger Games), Sarah is played by Elisabeth Shue (CSI: Crime Scene Investigation), and playing Ryan is Max Thieriot (The Family Tree). Small towns seem to have more secrets even than large cities or at least they sure seem to have scarier past histories.

"Old" is a 2021 mystery thriller film directed by M. Night Shyamalan. The movie follows the story of a group of people who find themselves trapped on a secluded beach that causes them to age rapidly. As time passes rapidly within the confines of the beach, the characters must unravel the secrets behind their predicament and find a way to escape before it's too late.
