If you've ever visited or participated Mardi Gras at New Orleans, you'll definitely agree that it is extremely impossibly to find the victim of the kidnapping locked in the soundproof trunk of the cab located in the midst of the bustling, rowdy and roaring crowd. However, it takes one Nicolas Cage teamed up with beautiful and sexy Malin Akerman to prove otherwise. That's a briefly represented storyline of Simon West's action thriller Stolen filmed and realized in 2012. The movie centers on Will Montgomery (Nicolas Cage), an unlucky thief, who is sentenced in jail for 10 years being caught on robbery, went awry. His criminal partners are very interested in ten millions of dollars which they believe Will concealed after the last job. To make Will convinced that he owes this money to his friend, they've kidnapped his daughter upon Will's release from prison. In order to secure their goals, gangsters have locked the girl (Sami Gayle) in cab's soundproof trunk somewhere in the midst of Mardi Gras making her impossible to find. .. for anyone, but not for Nicolas Cage. The problem is that Will doesn't have ten millions USD. Furthermore FBI Investigator (Kyle Russell Clements) and FBI Surveillance Agent (Mustafa Harris) are scouring the trails of key characters of this affair.

Irish author Jonathan Swift first published Gulliver's Travels in 1726, and it became an immediate sensation. Since then, Gulliver's Travels never has gone out-of-print, and its twenty-first century sales remain nearly as robust as they were in the sixteenth. Universally acknowledged as a classic of British literature, Swift's wonderwork scathingly satirizes human nature and parodies "travellers' tales." Not surprising, then, Hollywood has attempted to bring Gulliver's story to life on film in every decade since the medium was invented. Typically, the special effects have failed to keep pace with Swift's imagination. In the story's latest reprise, a slightly modernized version, the special effects are up to the challenge, but the question emerges, "Is Jack Black up to it?" Black has disappointed fans with his last couple of ventures, but critics say he looks "at ease" as he goes for "big" laughs in the land of the Lilliputians. The producers and director have built-in a few features to give Black a healthy bounce: Updating the story, they show Gulliver as a contemporary mailroom guy who finally catches a break, winning a travel-writing assignment in the Bermuda Triangle. 3D has gotta help the contrast between big Gulliver and little Lilliputians, and an all-star supporting cast is expected to bring out the best of Black's comic gifts.

This action adventure is based on the true story of Britain's Special Air Service Elite member Danny Bryce who is played by Jason Statham (The Mechanic, Crank: High Voltage). When the recently retired Danny learns his mentor, a guy named Hunter, has been taken hostage he must rescue him and the action begins. Using all his special ops skills he finds it necessary to kill three of the assassins sent for him by their leader, Spike, and must find and take out the one who holds his friend Hunter who is capably played by Robert DeNiro (Raging Bull, Taxi Driver). pike, who is the cunning leader is played by Clive Owen from Elizabeth: The Golden Age and Inside Man. Other cast members in this action packed film include Yvonne Strahovski (I Love You Too, The Canyon) as Anne and Dominic Purcell who plays Davies (Straw Dogs, TV series Prison Break). Well written and acted, Killer Elite is an action packed ride that was filmed in Australia.

Filmed in Plano, Illinois the movie at the same time uses Chicago and Vancouver as backdrops. The huge budget mostly dictated by enchanting ensemble of the cast and incredible 3D which is reported to be much more sophisticated than everything you could watch before. In case of Man of Steel it's a venture without a risk: as the Superman is known to almost everyone on Earth, and there are three major target audiences that eager to watch it. First of all, it's new generation that heard of Superman a lot, and watched numerous TV series and spoofs. The second, there is the generation that remembers Ilya Salkind's Superman. And third one is the oldest audience, who have read DC comics itself and bring their children (second generation audience) to the cinema to show them first Superman movie. So we have there a winning marketing strategy combined with most advanced CGI as it is at 2013. What about the actors? Henry Cavill as Superman looks very hot, while his parents realistically depicted by Kevin Costner and Diane Lane (Jonathan and Martha Kent – Superman's Earthborn foster parents), Jor-El (a Superman's real father from Krypton) is portrayed by Russell Crowe. The epitome of the do-or-die female reporter, Lois Lane is played by Amy Adams, who may be familiar to you as Anna Brady form Leap Year and Charlene Fleming from The Fighter.

The film received positive reviews for its plot, emotional depth, and its visual design.
