Zoe Saldana just may be the most likely girl to turn into an assassin or murderer for hire around today. She has starred in some action packed movies recently (Star Trek 2, The Losers, Avatar) and seems more than capable of handling herself in situations many women could not even attempt. But she also had to be saddened by the murder of her parents and make her character sympathetic so the audience can feel her pain and back her decisions.e tend to love a "get even" movie and this one begins with Zoe Saldana's character witnessing the vicious murders of both her parents in Bogota, Columbia. Years later as an adult she still remembers and plans to seek revenge for her parents death so while she has a day job working for her uncle she is also in training to become a vigilante murderer. Tracking the murderers down, she gets closer and closer until the surprise ending. Directed by Olivier Megaton (Transporter 3) and written by Luc Besson (Arthur 3: The War of the Two Worlds).

Life of Pi, directed by Ang Lee and based on the Booker award-winning novel of Yann Martel, which was rewritten by David Magee for the movie, telling as a story about Indian boy survived shipwreck alongside with hyena, orangutan, a wounded zebra and a beautiful White Bengal tiger. Yann Martel have explored and studied lots of facts about an ocean life to give credence to story. That's why, despite the unbelievable storyline, the situations and solutions described in the movie could really take place in real life. The boy named Pi was raised in Indian family owning a zoo. At one day they decided to migrate in Canada with all of their animals and boarded the Japanese freighter. Soon after the leaving India, a shipwreck has killed all the people and animals except for little boy and four animals including furious tiger. All of them take a shelter on one small lifeboat. The boy has managed to survive in this uneasy situation for 227 days. A strong will to overcome the deadly perils, a faith in life and inexhaustible optimism leaded him to long journey adrift by the Pacific Ocean. The journey fortunately ends when their boat reaches the Mexico coast. The tiger (named Richard Parker, by the way) escapes to the nearest jungle, leaving the boy alone. Years after, Japanese Maritime officers interviews Pi in order to investigate the circumstances and consequences of shipwreck. Pi tells him as story about his peregrination, but no one believes him. Pi, feeling the lack of confidence, tells them another version of his wandering, without animals, instead of which a sailor, a cook and his mother act. In this butcherly version a cook kills a sailor and Pi's mother to use them as bait and food. After he tells the second story, Pi asks Japanese officers which of two versions they like most. When he gets the answer, confirming that story with animals is better, Pi says "…and so it goes with God".

Director Ridley Scott takes on the epic task of retelling one of the most beloved stories in the Old Testament. Exodus: Gods and Kings, follows Moses (Christian Bale) as he rises to stand against the Pharaoh Ramesses II (Joel Edgerton). Other stars include Sigourney Weaver, Ben Kingsley, Aaron Paul, and John Tuturro. Moses frees the slaves and parts the Red Sea so that they can cross. The plot will be familiar to anyone who has seen Cecil B. DeMille's classic film The Ten Commandments. Exodus: Gods and Kings received mixed reviews from critics, but was lauded for its visual spectacle and epic tone and sweep. The actors in the film were also praised for their stirring emotional performances. For those who enjoy Bibles stories transported to the big screen, Exodus: Gods and Kings is an entertaining and epic retelling of a classic tale.

The new comic book adaptation titled "Jonah Hex" has a chance to become a new subspecies of a Hollywood blockbuster movie. Which, unlike similar to it, "Van Helsing" and "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen", boasts at least that there is no monstrous budget spent only on the CGI and still do not understand that. All are attached to ordinary story about an unusual hero against the forces of evil money not spent in vain - despite the feeble mind of local writers, the picture and dynamics in this are pretty good. But the lack of a coherent plot and its quality does not allow "Jonah Hex" to become something more than fantasy gunman at a time. "Professional and extremely steep mercenary in the best tradition of Western fighters dealt with the bad guys, that everything else resorted to the resurrection of the dead. Well, just as some representatives of the genre on occult themes. Unlike "John Hex" is that the hero was a little maimed and disfigured on one side of the face attached to the character of Josh Brolin sort of grim fascination. Besides, he enjoys exotic weapons such as crossbows and slaughter that was particularly funny - two miniguns pinned to ride a horse! On the part of any claims, action games - very bright and juicy, while gunfire and explosions in no way spoiled special effects, just the opposite. Fortunately, the creators focused on the rigidity of action scenes and even the history of the protagonist, which is interesting main story. In addition, there is John Malkovich and even Megan Fox, which, apparently, after her disagreement with Michael Bay, is now doomed to get stuck in the semi-thrash movies for a long time. Generally "Jonah Hex" is worth watching, but only because of pretty pictures and good overall performances.

We can only hope that real CIA agents have more important things to do than to compete over a woman, even if she is one of the most beautiful women on the planet. And if it means destroying some pretty important equipment along the way, well she'd better be worth it! With some truly spectacular highly technical gadgets to play with, Chris Pine and Tom Hardy play the two black ops agents who have worked so well together during past operations but find it impossible to get along once a woman (Reese Witherspoon) becomes the object of each mans affections. etween jumping from airplanes to deliberately jumping through windows, the two characters seem determined to out do each other and win her affections. This means their day job is put temporarily on the back burner but who cares? The romance must outweigh the danger and intrigue of fighting enemy nations, right? Chris Pine from Star Trek and Tom Hardy from Inception used to be best friends before Lauren (Reese Witherspoon from Walk the Line, Pleasantville) came between them. Now all the two can do is act like children who are fighting over a prize toy. They need to grow up or she won't be interested.
