Young Tyler Doherty writes Letters to God every day. The boy is seriously ill and only faith gives him the courage to fight a terrible disease. Dazed postman Brady McDaniels does not deliver letter to the addressee, of course. But after reading them, be inspired by the courage of the child and be able to find the strength to deal with his alcohol addiction.

Mother and Child movie features some mystical idea that everything in our life is connected just too poorly compatible with the prosaic realities of our atomized society. Its more easy to explain the desire of screenplay writer to complete its puzzle plot that analyze the behavior of the characters as the normal human motivations. The presence of stars is only partially redeems shoals of unfinished script, but Watts, who got completely unemotional role of women who throw themselves on every man in sight, once again confirms her rare talent to play a strong blonde in distress. It is thanks to her play, the movie which strives to fly into space on the wings of its own pathos, continues to rely on the land… at least with the little finger of one leg.

Derek Cianfrance's The Place Beyond the Pines has got an impossible 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes just after the movie hit the screens of Toronto International Film Festival. The brilliant play of actors cast and powerful drama has received positive critical acclaim by most of the critics reviewed the movie. The main protagonist Luck Glanton is played by Ryan Gosling (Gangster Squad, The Ides of March, Drive), who managed to outdo himself in The Place Beyond the Pines. Eva Mendes (Girl in Progress, Fast Five, Last Night) also stars in the movie as Luck's girlfriend, Romina, and the chemistry between these two characters is on the verge of an incredible. Bradley Cooper (Silver Linings Playbook, Hit and Run, Limitless) stars as Avery Cross, a cop leading the investigation against Luck and his play is striking and emotional.

"Lucky You" is a 2007 romantic drama film directed by Curtis Hanson. Back when World War I was about to begin so was an odd friendship between Psychiatrist Sigmund Freud and a young fledgling shrink, Carl Jung. There is also a beautiful woman that creates conflicts between the two men and also the fact that psychoanalysis is in its formative years. This combination makes for some rather dangerous methods of treating mental patients and those who can't quite cope with society. Canadian director David Cronenberg (The Brood, Scanners) may be somewhat out of his element with this story because it's more talky than his usual action packed films. Starring Viggo Mortensen (The Lord of the Rings series) as Freud, Michael Fassbender (Inglorious Basterds, Fish Tank) as Jung, and Keira Knightley (Atonement, Pirates of the Caribbean series) as the beautiful Sabina Spielrein, the woman who comes between Jung and Freud. She eventually became a successful therapist in her own right. Considered a historical film, A Dangerous Method deals with what happened back when psychotherapy was in its infancy and how psychiatrists learned how to best help those with mental problems.
