Seventh Son is a 2014 epic fantasy film directed by Sergei Bodrov, based on the novel The Spook's Apprentice by Joseph Delaney. The story follows Thomas Ward (Ben Barnes), a seventh son of a seventh son as he apprentices to the Spook (Jeff Bridges), also a seventh son of a seventh son. Thomas Ward is trained by the Spook to protect the land from all manner of supernatural threats, but his training is dangerous, and time and again tests his abilities and his courage. Eventually, he will have to go up against Mother Malkin, the most dangerous witch in the land, in order to protect his county's inhabitants from her threat. The film's release was delayed a number of times, but finally hit theaters on February 6th, 2015. Critics gave the film mixed reviews, but praised the performance of the cast.

It is considered as the one of the most low-budget film with the world-wide theatrical release in the history of modern cinema, Monsters movie have a budget around $500 thousand USD. The set was 6 attended by 6 people only and the film was shot on non-professional cameras. All the filming was done directly on unprepared locations, often used without prior approval. There are only two actors in the film. Other roles performed by people who accidently appeared at the filming location."

Does the Universal Soldier: Regeneration worth the great expectations? From the outset it was clear that the film will be what it turned out. The movie has many flaws, but there are advantages. First of all, though the movie was filmed somewhere in Bulgaria at a disused factory in the Chernobyl style with Russian names on the walls and on the flag of terrorists written without a single mistake, which is amazing. The second thing there is a perfectly filmed fight, whatever you say. Third, there is "not so bad" acting, especially of Dolph Lundgren. And if this is not enough there is old Van Damme, who looks almost obscene for his age. It is not necessary to continue with the sequels. The time of Universal Soldiers left behind in the nineties.

Sixty years have passed since the first attack of aliens. For a long time our planet were nothing more but place of disastrous war between earthlings and extraterrestrial form of live named Scavs. We've won the war, but Earth was totally devastated turned into hostile yet dangerous desert. His only hobby is to read "old books" that has been written before the alien invasion. Jack's duty was about to be completed when he witnesses a starship crash and hurries to rescue possible survivors. He manages to save the life of beautiful woman, Julia, who seems to be familiar with him. However Jack doesn't know her and rests assured the he never met her. This event turns the known world of Jack Harper inside out. It seems like he was wrong about his purpose on the Earth. Soon after he meets the real population of the planet, a Resistance, and its leader Malcolm Beech. Oblivion was filmed by Universal Studios after the Radical Comics graphic novel of the same name. The movie stars Tom Cruise (Mission Imposible franchise, Van Helsing, All You Need Is Kill) as Jack Harper and Olga Kurylenko (La terre outragée, James Bond: Quantum of Solace, Max Payne) as Julia, while resistance leader is portrayed by Morgan Freeman (Now You See Me, Olympus Has Fallen, The Dark Knight Rises).

The trailer-teasers for Super 8 inspire millions more questions than they answer, but they do give lots of proof the "old Spielberg magic" is on the comeback trail. Super 8's characters, suspense, and imagery strongly remind veteran dreamworkers of ET and Jurassic Park—strangely scary yet still kid-friendly. For all that they tantalize, though, the Super 8 trailers preserve the film's secrets. The State Department and CIA should study in the J.J. Abrams School of Secret-Keeping; even the WikiLeaks guys would struggle to dig up much more than the trailer's suggestion that a bunch of cute and cool kids have to deal with an "unknown incredible creature." All we really know is that, in the small Ohio town, just about everything that can blow up will blow up. Oh yeah, and we know the kids will film everything on their super-8 movie camera."Super 8 may go into Hollywood history as the movie with sibling rivalry in the sub-text. Elle Fanning, Dakota's younger sister, and Amanda Michalka, Allyson's sister, come out of the big kids' shadows and into their own, proving they have talent and skills. The big kids should feel very afraid. Gabriel Basso, the one child star without famous siblings but who may be a direct descendant of Tom Sawyer, continues the tradition of impish, resourceful Spielberg boy-heroes. Kyle Chandler, uber-dad from "Friday Night Lights," brings that same manly command to Super 8, reassuring everyone that everything will be okay.

Resident Evil: Afterlife is the fourth film in the "Resident Evil" franchise. As the previous three movies it was produced by Paul Anderson, who also directed the very first of them: "The Resident Evil". The movie follows Ellis and his group of clones attacking the headquarter of the "Umbrella" corporation, located in a secure underground bunker beneath the streets of Tokyo. They kill all the staff and the security of the complex, but miss Albert Wesker, the chairman of the corporation who escapes and activates system of self-destruction of the underground headquarter in his attempt to destroy all clones of Alice. But real Alice pursues Wesker and tries to kill him in the aircraft. Wesker injects her a drug that neutralizes the T-virus, making Alice a normal person aircraft. Meanwhile aircraft crashes near Tokyo and Alice miraculously survives the fall, but does not detect Wesker…
