At the first glance Hit and Run (2012) looks like Knockin' on Heaven's Door (1997) combined with Drive (2011), which is causing some negative expectations, taking into consideration the fact of how many times Knockin' on Heaven's Door was cloned, mostly in disastrous manner. But, it only at the first look, the second one will be stopped in state of total quandary by ill-fitting Bradley Cooper dreads. Bradley is hardly recognizable in Hit and Run, but it's still him playing the partner of former motorcyclist Charlie Bronson with a kind of "shady" past. The movie plot is based on quite untwisted screenplay written by Dax Shepard (who has directed film, too, and played the main protagonist), the story about mad driver who risked everything busting Witness Protection Program, for the sake of one single aim: to bring his beautiful fiancée to Los Angeles where she gets her dream job. If you are about to say something like: "what a stupid idea: to risk your life for girlfriend job?" you better just stop, take a deep breath and rethink it, maybe you'll do the same if gorgeous Kristen Bell was your girlfriend. Changed your mind, duh? Oh, yes, the Kristen and Bradley duo will definitely make you wishing to watch this movie. But let's go back to the plot: while driving to LA, the couple will encounter lots of awkward adventurous including: ex-gang mobs chasing Charlie, his partner seeking buried treasures from criminal past, and, of course cops sitting on their tails.

In Legion movie Scott Stewart started with the Terminator's intro to put action in classic place, a roadside cafe, surrounded with hordes of vile creatures, and finished with the battle of clubs and iron wings. This could be invented only by a person for whom the entertainment is a major part of any movie. Scott Stewart, who created the visual effects for "Pirates of the Caribbean", "Iron Man" and dozens of famous films, has performed the task perfectly well. The only question arise, is it normal when a movie where most of humanity dies, and survivals are continuously referring to the Bible?

"Watchmen" is a 2009 superhero film based on the acclaimed 1986-87 comic book series of the same name by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. The film takes place in an alternate reality where superheroes, once celebrated as heroes, are now outlawed. A retired superhero known as the Comedian is murdered, leading another retired superhero, Rorschach, to investigate and unravel a larger conspiracy. As the story unfolds, the characters confront issues of morality, power, and the consequences of playing god.

And once it comes to that, their fanged characters have become the part of common world. The witty and funny Cirque du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant just lifts the curtain in their world. But if the adventures of Bella Swan still evoke the angst on the out-of-puberty fans, after watching The Vampire's Assistant all those adults will have quite a dreamy smile.

"Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" is an action-adventure film released in 2001, directed by Simon West and based on the popular video game series "Tomb Raider." Angelina Jolie stars as Lara Croft, a skilled adventurer and tomb raider who sets out to retrieve a powerful ancient artifact called the Triangle of Light. RED movie showcases the life of Frank Moses (played by Bruce Willis), a former CIA operative agent, who quietly lives his days after the resignation. Trying to brighten up the loneliness he starts a long telephone conversation with the clerk Sarah Ross (portrayed by Mary-Louise Parker). One night the house of Frank was invaded by the Special Forces soldiers to kill him. Frank manages fight off the attack and escape. The reasons for the visit of uninvited guests clearly related to his dark past. However, the first thing Frank should do is to save Sarah. Their conversations were totally innocent, but Frank realizes that intelligence agencies will inevitably be interested in a woman with whom he talked to a few dozen times. Further, Frank and Sara visit former team-mate Moses. Only the team of retired special agents will be able to adequately confront the CIA "evil forces", that are seem to be on the way to settle the accounts with "retired"...
