Aliens in the Attic seems not so much shocking, but very, very cute. First, the movie does not raise any issues that would be incomprehensible to viewers' of primary and secondary school age: blasters, bad grades, the first conflicts with parents, the aliens, finally: these are all understandable to any child threads and they are given without any unnecessary subtexts and contexts. The one thing is the Pearson daughter's boyfriend too often being hit by different things in the nuts, but these are nuances. Everything else is so consistent of children's fiction and deserves the respect, especially in the times of the genre mixing.

Scooby-Doo! Haunted Holidays is a holiday special episode of the popular animated television series, Scooby-Doo. The episode was released in 2012 and follows the Mystery Inc. gang as they investigate a haunted house on Christmas Eve. The gang encounters various spooky creatures and works to uncover the truth behind the hauntings.

That evil wizard Gargamel is after the cute little blue guys again and when he chases them from their magical village they end up tumbling into our world. Central Park is the setting for a Smurfs invasion of sorts and the little guys are frightened by everything around them. After all, each Smurf is only about three apples high and this is THE Big Apple! Now they must find a way to get back to the village they love and must keep Gargamel from finding them. CG animation and 3D make this live action film a smash hit with all ages. Director Raja Gosnell (Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Scooby Doo) steers this animated adventure to box office success. "Actors include Neil Patrick Harris (the Harold and Kumar movies, Doogie Howser, MD), Hank Azaria (Love and Other Drugs, Year One), and Jayma Mays (Epic Movie, Paul Blart: Mall Cop). Voice contributors include the talented Jonathan Winters, Paul Reubens, George Lopez, Katy Perry, Alan Cumming, and Jeff Foxworthy. We will be rooting for the little blue guys to persevere and find their way back home."

Planet 51 is a very talented movie. It features very luxurious animated component, even taking into consideration that all aliens in the cartoon are strongly reminiscent to Shrek. Plot elements are flawlessly too, and you can watch Planet 51 with interest and you will not be able to predict the denouement even in a few minutes before finale. And there is quite successful and modern idea of making a cartoon in which using the aliens you can gently poke fun the petit bourgeois way of life. Cartoon has all chances to stand of the shelf next to all the best samples of the genre.
