Eternally Yours is a 2026 vampire sitcom from Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, the creative duo behind the hit CBS comedy Ghosts. Airing on CBS and streaming on Paramount+, it applies the warm, broad family-comedy sensibility that made their adaptation of Ghosts a staple to a household of centuries-old vampires living in the modern world.
The series centers on Charles and Liz, a vampire couple who have been married for five hundred years and now share a present-day Seattle home with their coven. Their once-passionate marriage has gone stale with the centuries, and everything is upended when their daughter Emma's very human boyfriend Max moves into their lives, forcing the ancient pair to reckon with whether their love can survive eternity. Ed Weeks and Allegra Edwards lead as Charles and Liz, with Jaren Lewison as Max and Helen J. Shen as Emma.
Premiering October 8, 2026, in the Thursday-night slot long held by Ghosts, Eternally Yours extends Port and Wiseman's brand of supernatural domestic comedy to a new undead family. Trent O'Donnell, a key Ghosts director, helmed the premiere, grounding the fangs-and-forever premise in the same relatable marital bickering. It is streaming on Paramount+.
Legendary bad-boy and all-around ace philanderer Charlie Sheen stars in CBS's hit sitcom "Two-and-a-Half Men," inspiring most loyal viewers to wonder how much the show and its situation actually challenge the million-dollar jokester really to act. Sheen plays, just coincidentally, of course, Charlie, a profligate composer living comfortably on the beach in Malibu thanks to his singular gift for making-up catchy commercial jingles. Charlie's steadfast devotion to "The Playboy Philosophy" meets serious challenges when his frighteningly repressed, skin-crawlingly anxious, and obnoxiously too-preppy chiropractor brother moves into the beach house, bringing his adolescent son with him"”both refugees from a Southern California tract-house divorce. Perfectly cast for his role in "Two-and-a-Half Men," John Cryer brilliantly recreates Alan's tics, quirks, and peccadilloes; and Angus T. Jones, television's consummate anti-Disney superstar, makes puberty and cluelessness look (almost) vaguely adorable. Brilliant, insightful, incisive, snarky and sardonic, frequently edgy, deliciously allusive writing keeps the show fresh and relevant"”lots of running jokes and familiar motifs have developed, but nothing ever seems even vaguely old"¦least of all, Charlie Sheen.
The Big Bang Theory is a completed CBS ensemble sitcom created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady. It begins with Caltech physicists Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper meeting Penny, the aspiring actor who moves into the apartment across the hall. Leonard wants a more ordinary social and romantic life, while Sheldon relies on rigid routines and treats everyday interaction like a problem with one correct answer. Their friends Howard Wolowitz and Raj Koothrappali broaden the group’s mix of science, fandom and social awkwardness. As Bernadette Rostenkowski and Amy Farrah Fowler become central characters, the series develops from a neighbor comedy into a story about friendship, partnership, work and gradual change. Scientific ideas, comic books, games and genre culture supply many jokes, but the long arc depends on the ensemble learning to accommodate one another. Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons and Kaley Cuoco lead the cast. The 12-season story is distinct from the prequel Young Sheldon and later franchise spin-offs.

How I Met Your Mother is a completed CBS romantic comedy created by Carter Bays and Craig Thomas. Josh Radnor plays Ted Mosby, who narrates from the future as he recounts the friendships, relationships and decisions that eventually led him to meet his children’s mother. The central ensemble also features Jason Segel, Alyson Hannigan, Cobie Smulders and Neil Patrick Harris, with Cristin Milioti joining the story as the Mother. The series premiered on September 19, 2005, and ran for nine seasons before concluding in 2014. Its storytelling regularly uses flashbacks, flash-forwards, repeated events and an intentionally indirect narrator, so episodes are best watched in order. This page covers the original 2005–2014 comedy, not the later spin-off How I Met Your Father. Running jokes and recurring objects give later episodes meaning beyond their original context.
Where to watch (checked October 9, 2026): Hulu currently lists all nine seasons and 208 episodes in the United States, while Disney+ carries the series in selected countries. Catalogs and subscription requirements vary by territory.
