The show is a psychological thriller that follows two detectives, Jackson and Lola, as they investigate a string of murders in Bristol. The twist? The murders are committed by a young couple who believe they are in love and hunt together.
Jackson and Lola's investigation leads them to the couple, Freddy and Baba, and they become obsessed with catching them. Throughout the series, the audience is shown the couples' disturbing relationship and how they justify their violent actions. Meanwhile, Jackson and Lola's personal lives become entangled with the case, adding to the tension.
