The Millionaire Inside

AMC presents another reality TV series about advertising business, which is pretty much similar to The Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice. So if you are very fan of these two abovementioned shows, there are lots of chances you'll be hooked by The Pitch. If not, it depends on how much you like shows revolving around business battles between professionals in highly stressed environment. Number of cooking and fashion series could be referred to this group: Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, Project Runaway etc. Another most likely chance for you to become addicted to The Pitch is that you are working in advertising business. Take five business gurus with millions to invest if they like what they see and some intrepid inventors or entrepreneurs who stand before the sharks and offer proposals to invest in their ideas, and you have a surprisingly entertaining reality show with a different twist. This is real life drama and the "contestants" have only a few short minutes to convince the multi-millionaires who sit before them that money can be made if they only invest in their ideas for money plus a percentage of the business. Produced by Mark Burnett who is brilliant at developing (and winning Emmy's) such highly rated shows as The Apprentice and the Survivor series. This season sees some switching chairs in the Shark Tank as Jeff Foxworthy (The Blue Collar Comedy Tour) and Mark Cuban (Dallas Mavericks owner) spend some time and money investing their expertise and money into contestant's business ideas. The program also adds a look back at some successful investments made by the sharks and how it affected the life of a contestant and their business idea. Interesting concept and watching some good ideas (and some awful ones too) is entertaining.

Although network executives axed the broadcast in June, 2010, "The Dave Ramsey Show" still occasionally pops-up in reruns on the Fox Business Network. Extremely well-adapted to the desires of his exceptionally devoted core audience, "The Dave Ramsey Show" began with a monologue cum homily, and then devoted the rest of its time to answering callers and e-mailers question. Ramsey's down-to-earth, personal touch with questioners made good viewing as well as good advice. Meanwhile, Dave Ramsey, the pundit without the television program, remains one of America's most popular and most trusted financial advisors, and his daily radio program owns its time slot, boasting at least three million loyal listeners. Ramsey has built his reputation on the gospel of debt-free living, and he gives sound step-by-step guidance to listeners, showing them how to save, how to eliminate debt, and ultimately how to build wealth. Unabashedly Christian, Ramey tempers his sound fiscal advice with timely and well-chosen spiritual guidance. Ramsey travels extensively, delivering his seminar series "Financial Peace University," always drawing sell-out crowds.
