"Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin" is a new upcoming American mystery-thriller television series. It is based on the popular "Pretty Little Liars" series of novels by Sara Shepard. The show is set to premiere on the streaming service HBO Max in 2022, and will consist of ten episodes.
The series is being produced by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, known for his work on "Riverdale" and "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina", and Lindsay Calhoon Bring, known for her work on "The Vampire Diaries". The show features a new group of characters living in a town called Millwood, who are tormented by an unknown person known only as "A". The plot follows these characters as they try to uncover the identity of "A" and the dark secrets of the town.
The series will feature a diverse cast, including Chandler Kinney, Bailee Madison, Maia Reficco, Zaria, Malia Pyles, Alex Aiono, and Mallory Bechtel. It promises to explore themes of identity, trauma, and social issues such as class, race, and sexuality. Fans of the original "Pretty Little Liars" series can expect similar twists, turns, and suspense in "Original Sin".
