"Batman Returns" is a 1992 American superhero film directed by Tim Burton and produced by Denise Di Novi and Burton. It is the second installment in the Warner Bros. Batman film series and a sequel to the 1989 film "Batman." The film stars Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Michelle Pfeiffer as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, and Danny DeVito as Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin. The film takes place during Christmas time in Gotham City and follows Batman as he tries to stop the Penguin's plans for taking over the city, while also dealing with the emergence of Catwoman.

Jason Statham stars as Arthur Bishop, "mechanic" supreme. Of course, "mechanic" is bad-guy talk for the professional assassin who comes to fix your problem and generally tune-up your operation by striking terror into the hearts of your bad-guy rivals. The Mechanic, then, implies that in a world full of amateurish shooters, Arthur Bishop stands out as the consummate professional. In fact, Bishop lives and works by a strict code—precise, detached, professional, and perfectionist; in other words, Bishop delivers all the qualities anyone could wish or want in a fine mechanic."Donald Sutherland plays Harry, Bishop's friend and mentor; and then he dies. Assassinated. Not surprisingly, Bishop feels compelled and honor bound to avenge Harry's murder; but in all of his careful calculations, Bishop fails to factor-in Steve, Harry's son, who shares Bishop's desire for revenge and who brings beginner's enthusiasm to the business of learning his father's business. Of course, sinister stealth, insidious machinations, and high explosives complicate the would-be assassins' quest; and, as the promos proclaim, "those hired to fix problems become problems themselves." The Mechanic would qualify for your list of "standard guy stuff," except that it has a liberal dose of heart.

The third part of the saga about the elusive "avenger" attacked viewers from all the sides by the action could be comparable with Doug Lyman's one only. But in something The Bourne Ultimatum has overtaken him, for example, in suspense. It's not so surprising, taking into account the fact that director Paul Greengrass, this time take into account his mistakes make in the last movie. He almost brought it to perfection by the intrigues within the organization that pursues irrepressible Jason Bourne. "The film has gained an adventurous spirit, which lacked the second sequel, and the viewer itself got involved in a confrontation between Bourne and the his many rivals. Bourne is not only dangerous, he still allows himself to laugh at the most senior officials, deceiving them as blind kittens. The more Greengrass self-irony is seen, interspersed in the brief and romping Bourne fights with each another recruit. It should be noted that Bourne is increasingly opposed to the agent James Bond in the warfare usage. If the vaunted Mr. Bond uses a variety of gadgets, in order to kill the enemy, then the Born just takes the first available book and efficiently kills without taking the spirit…

Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day which has got a negligible box office cash, and undergone severe criticism from the media and representatives of the Church, accused of promoting violence and immorality, a few years later acquired a cult status and enjoys the growing number of their fans. Troy Duffy, doomed the audience to agonizingly long waiting, in ten years, gives the world a worthy sequel.

Nicholas Cage proves his special gift for keeping the paychecks coming, teaming up with the director of My Bloody Valentine for Drive Angry 3D, due in theaters early in February, 2011. The promotional materials seem a little ambivalent or ambiguous about the film's supernatural element: Cage supposedly has escaped from Hell to avenge his daughter's murder and rescue his infant grand-daughter from sacrifice at the hands of a devil-worshipping cult. Of course, "The Accountant," one of Satan's executive demons, pursues Cage as he drives angrily across a hostile landscape in hot pursuit of bad guys and redemption. Many of the synopses omit the demonic content, perhaps because it has very little impact on the characters, situations, or plot. Three classic American muscle cars actually star in Drive Angry 3D, exuding at least as much sex appeal as Charlotte Ross, who delivers a soon-to-be-legendary sex-and-violence vignette between Cage's angry driving sequences. What's not to love about a 1964 Buick Riviera, a 1969 Dodge Charger, and a 1971 Chevy Malibu all muscled-up and chromed for the occasion? Regardless of critics' and audiences' reaction to Drive Angry 3D, film historians may use the film as compelling evidence in support of their argument 3D definitely makes a film's imagery more vivid but does not automatically improve its content or redeem it as a work of art.

In this continuation of the Hobbit Trilogy (proceeded by The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey in 2012, and concluded by The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies in 2014), Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) and the dwarves (led by Thorin Oakenshield II, played by Richard Armitage) continue on their quest to reclaim their homeland from the dread dragon Smaug (Benedict Cumberbatch), who has taken up residence in the Lonely Mountain. Meanwhile, Gandalf the Grey (Sir Ian McKellen) investigates the ruins of Dol Guldur, where a growing evil stirs. This film features a faster pacing than the previous installment, and bridges the events between the first and third movies in the fantasy trilogy based on J.R.R. Tolkien's beloved classics. Giant spiders, beautiful wood elves and evil orcs wait in this epic film, along with politics, intrigue, and even a dash of romance.
