I submit video to OnlineTVcast but it does not appear in the list. Why?
Probably your video hadn’t passed our moderation process. There can be several common reasons for it:
• It hadn’t passed moderation process yet. Do not worry, we will check it soon.
• It have passed moderation process but moved to another menu-section/genre/etc. Try to search it using smartSEARCH. If you have any complaints about such a location of your content, please, use the form above to let us know your reasons of changing location.
• It had been found infringing OnlineTVcast’s Term of Service. Please check your e-mail for the letter containing reasons: why do we think so. If you have any complaints about such a decision, please answer of this letter including all of your reasons.
I have successfully created my Channel but I can’t add any videos to it. Why?
Probably, you have not sign in, or signed in with account which differs that one under which you created your Channel. Please sign in with proper account. If the problem persist, please, contact us using the form above.
How can I get the embedded code for the video I want to submit?
Most of the flash-players allow doing that using a SHARE / EMBED button. But you can submit a direct link instead the embedded code, which may look like http://www.yoursite/yourvideo.flv for example. Once you have done it on OnlineTVcast, you can use our player embed button to copy the embedded code for your video. This embedded code can be used everywhere in the internet to insert your video on blogs, discussion boards, websites.
What if I have no logo and/or large art image for video I want to submit to OnlineTVcast?
In order to have your video recognizable for your audience, we strongly recommend submitting all the videos with logos and art images, but if you don’t have any – OnlineTVcast logo will be displayed instead.
I’m not sure if content I want to submit doesn’t infringe somebody’s copyrights. Should I submit it to OnlineTVcast?
No, you shouldn’t. Please, be sure that you have all necessary documented rights and permissions before you submit something to OnlineTVcast. We do not accept any piracy content. All suspicious material that falls into our attention will be deleted or suspended immediately. Also consider that You and Only You will carry all legal consequences of submitting any content according to our Terms of Service and DMCA rules.
